I had previously left a review for wildside about a year ago rating it 5 stars for the products, knowledge, and staff. However in the last year corporate has reared its ugly head and cleaned out staff that put their all into that store and continuously berates the remaining employees they do have. If you have somewhere better to go, please do it. I’d rather go to an establishment that treats employees and customers correctly and spend my money in places that actually care about its customer base. Best of luck to the employees that are still soldiering through hopefully they give you a raise for all you guys deal with from upper management but that’s doubtful. Honestly, I’ve been coming here for about 2 years or more and I have never met a better group than the people who work there now. I love Bella, Andy, Spencer, Dylan, and honestly everyone else who works there. They’re fun and informative. They know what they’re talking about and help people constantly with their knowledge. Everything here is insanely over priced. Do not buy anything from the clearance or on sale section as it has been there for YEARS. Do not purchase flower from here as all of the containers are pre-opened and no air tight. Your flower will be both stale and underweight. The only nice thing about this place are the female employees who were more than happy to help me the few times I visited. If you want glass pieces for a fair price order them offline. If you want good quality fair priced flower go to loving botanicals, they will take very good care of you there.

Spencer demonstrated his lack of knowledge almost immediately after I asked another employee about some E-Liquid. I asked about freebase nicotine, and then he rudely interjected in the middle of a potential sale, that freebase nicotine was for “INJECTING” and that what I was asking about was called “Freeform” nicotine. I have used E-Cigarettes for the better part of 11 years so I feel like I may know a thing or two, but either way a quick google search would disprove what he told me. I truly hope that this problem is resolved as I previously enjoyed doing business with this establishment.
