From the first inquiry to the final clean-up, Milledge Roofing Company exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail is outstanding! Owner, Mike Mixon is knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive, giving clear and thorough answers to all my questions; and promptly provided the estimate, sample shingle boards, and scheduling. I was also highly impressed by Kyle, the onsite project manager who oversaw my project. Everything ran like clockwork from the delivery of the dumpster through completion of the roof. Kyle is a good communicator, and sent me progress photos throughout the day, both rooftop and drone views. The installation team was also terrific. The crew arrived on time and began set up by covering the bushes and grounds around the house with tarps to catch small debris or nails. They removed the old double roof and were working on repairing the old decking by mid-morning. I could not be more pleased with their workmanship on the installation. Milledge Roofing Company made the experience absolutely painless. I'm confident that my beautiful new roof was made with quality materials and excellent craftsmanship. I've been getting close to needing a replacement roof here lately. A few weeks back, while sitting on my back deck, I noticed a drone capturing photos of my neighbor's roof. Fascinated, I went out front to check out the pilot, and it wound up being Jamie from Milledge Roofing. While they were in the neighborhood, I had them give me a quote. Two weeks later, and my little home looks like brand new! Milledge Roofing quoted me on replacing my 13 year old original roof with a new, dimensional shingle roof, and also for replacing my aging, failing gutters and downspouts. I found their pricing to be highly competitive. As importantly, the guys talked my partner and me through expectations of when materials would arrive, etc., and gave us an excellent understanding of the timing a process so as to not disrupt our lives. Communications were excellent and well in advance of any changes to plan, etc. The actual crew arrived early in the morning and finished the entire job by afternoon. They did a phenomenal job of making sure that collateral damage to plants and such was minimal to non-existent. The gutters were installed within a few hours on the next available day. Excellent price, stellar communications and flawless cleanup afterward. The bonus is that my home looks great again. I recommend Milledge Roofing without hesitation. My experience and the finished product were A+++++!

Repairs to a house are always unnerving, but I must say my experience with Milledge Roofing was wonderful. Mike Mixon was my contact with Milledge, and everything he promised came to pass. The work was completed in a day, my yard stayed clean and was not a disastrous-looking construction site - even my neighbors commented on that. I would definitely recommend using this company. Completely blown away by the professionalism of this company!! Seth was fantastic to deal with and he helped us file the claim on our roof. They stayed in contacted with us and kept us in the loop. At the time of the work being done, which was today 6-16-2020, I was kept in contacted with. The crew was super friendly and nice. They clean up job these guys did actually made my yard look better than it did. Definitely one of the best contractors I have had to deal with! Overall I’m super happy with this whole experience and so glad I chose these guys as my roofers. Not a bad thing to say about these guys at all!!
