Excellent work! Beautiful new roof. Excellent crew worked hard all day and cleaned up after! Trevor Joyce and Armando were our consultants for the job and they were amazing!!!! Oscar Reyes -Portillo and his crew came today and replaced some rotted soffit on our front porch. They were on time and did a great job. Cleaned up after. We are very happy 😄👍

A big shout out to Mark Kleinedler with Findlay roofing for helping us with our roof replacement project. Mark took the time to answer all our questions at the initial inspection and consultation meeting, and explained the whole process to the point we understood what to expect and were comfortable with it. He even personally delivered additional samples to help with the many requests our HOA made before approving the project. The scheduling, delivery of materials, and installation day went exactly as Mark planned out, and Ramon and his team got the whole job done, inspected, and cleaned up in a single day even with a large square footage of roof. I’m very happy with my new roof, and 100% recommend Mark and the Findlay roofing team!

Findlay Roofing installed this "new" roof on May 15th 2025. The roof is sinking in various places. Shingles are coming up. There are nails wedged between the gutter and the house (see pictures). Those are not the correct shingles. I have a signed contract that says they're not. Findlay Roofing has placed a lien on my home and threatened civil action because I have not paid. Honestly, would you pay for this?

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Findlay Roofing. I had two roofs done - one a house I was selling and another the house I was moving into. The sales rep, Garrett, was super friendly and helpful. He was informative, low pressure, and responsive. There was no exact match for my old roof, so he helped me pick the best color for my house, pointing out how the subtle colors of the shingle picked up the colors in the brick and trim. The day he initially visited, they were expecting some new samples but they hadn't come in yet, so I picked from what they had. But when one of the new samples came in, he thought that would work better for my house so he called me to suggest a change, came back out with the new samples and yes, the new one worked better. The installation of both roofs went well; they were on time and didn't leave a mess. The one on my new home was on a very cold day and they were having trouble getting a part of the roofing on the flat roof to "stick" due to the extreme cold, but they stuck around until they got the job done. (Poor guys!) To my amazement, they called a couple of weeks later wanting to come inspect to make sure the roof had adhered properly. I would NEVER have known to check because it was in the back of the house where I can't see it. I was super impressed with the thoroughness of the service. I felt like they really cared about me being happy with the roof long term, so I would definitely recommend them. And my house for sale sold for more than asking! (Enough to pay for the new roof.) I have to think that the new roof and the fact that the warranty was transferable to the new owner helped with that fact!

I chose Findlay Roofing to replace the roof on my house. Great decision on my part. I was referred to Findlay by my neighbor. The total experience from Inspection to Completion was a very pleasant with no issues. Everyone was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Armando and his crew were awesome. They showed up on time for setup and worked all day. The roof looks great as does my bushes, lawn, pine beds, driveway, and deck. Great clean-up. I definitely recommend Findlay for any roofing needs.
