We had hail in July but I did not realize it had damaged my roof. Dan & Preston showed up last month and offered a 10 min drone evaluation of my roof. Didn’t think it was needed but they were so polite and professional I said OK. The video showed hail damage so they both offered to climb up on roof for a better look. Dan & Preston guided me through the Insurance process and even showed up when Ins Inspector did his inspection. Insurance covered the job and Dan was at install all day. Crew worked from 6am till 7:30 pm stripped, shingled and cleaned up in one day! Everyone was polite, respectful and Ross the Foreman was outstanding. Ross and Dan brought a 20 man crew and I was AMAZED at how well they communicated and worked together. I worked with contractors for 40 years and I know a good one. Black Dog Roofing is a first class operation. So happy that Dan and Preston stopped by and offered me that 10 min drone evaluation.

We were so pleased with the entire roofing processes!! From the start this team was amazing. (Black Dog Roofing) James Dockery made the entire replacement effortless for us. He took are of the insurance referral. Once we got the approval he continued to take care of the details!!His team was so very professional and the pickup was outstanding!! The team was here on time and finished (including clean) the same day!! The roofers were so careful with our belongs. They moved items out of the way (even covered our pool) and replaced everything when finished!! I highly recommend James and his entire crew. We love our new roof!!

Black Dog Roofing replaced our roof in August 2025. Greg, gave us an estimate to replace our roof, which had sustained some damage, due to the high winds from Hurricane Helene in 2024. He diligently worked with our insurance company during the claims process. Greg also made all the necessary arrangements for us regarding the removal and reinstallation of our Leaf Filter System on our gutters. The roofing crew, lead by Ross & Erlin, were absolutely amazing!! They protected our shrubs from the falling debris and did a fantastic job cleaning up and removing all the old roofing materials. The crew were experienced and worked as coordinated team. The whole crew, including Greg, were awesome!!! We would HIGHY recommend this roofing company!!!

Black Dog Roofing is a cut above the rest. Through several days of planning the process of repairing the roof , they came out with the claims adjuster and they went on top of the roof. They were very professional, detail oriented and they didn't waste any time getting started. My new roof was on my house within 6 hours. The cleanup was pristine! Nothing was left on the property.
