I was referred here by a friend of mine because my daughter has an Audi and we needed a good mechanic for German cars that could be trusted. Shawn, and the mechanic (forgot his name.) were great! Ashley was sweet everytime I spoke to her on the phone checking in etc. Shawn kept me updated throughout the entire process as well. I will certainly be returning here for any other needs we may have.

I don’t know shit about no cars. Isn’t every non-car person’s fear that you’ll walk into a mechanic and get sold some service you don’t need?? Get charged in excess? Watkinsville service station is, like, the complete and polar opposite. I know I’ll be treated fairly here. They oftentimes lay out the “coming up soon but not necessary maintenance.” Like excuse me what? Even my doctor doesn’t treat me with such respect. Yeah but seriously tho they’re really nice people and flexible and accommodating. Excellent service and so honest. I’ll never go anywhere else. Check em out.

Joe was absolutely amazing in helping to diagnose my car issues on a 2003 Ford Explorer. I called many times throughout the time my vehicle was there and was not aware they were busy and got a little worried, but the moment I picked up my car all of that left. Joe is an experienced mechanic and was very honest of what issues I had, what was a safety concern, a annoyance but no issue, and the things that would be eventually an issue effecting the car running. He made me aware of the danger of my oil spilling on my manifolds and how this could cause a fire quickly if left unchecked long term. I felt not only did he care, but he made me feel a sense of relief knowing my car was not absolutely falling apart haha! I had a previous shop who were sloppy in explaining issues with my tires/suspension, didn't know my breaks were new, didn't know my oil was new, and simply I spent over 3½ hours and on the verge of loosing $40 for someone who didn't have answers to my questions nor approach me wanting to help. I was at my wits end worried that I would be scammed by all places, but my faith was restored with this shop. Truly THANK YOU! I was recommended by Adriana my boss and she sure was right about your place and recognized Joe when I spoke of him! Also Thank you to (Sean?) At the front desk during my visits who helped with amazing recommendations for a tire shop to find some cost effective tires when I was not able to afford the available sets that day- I had wires showing, so I definitely couldn't wait any longer! A true gem- the whole team!

By far the best place to take any vehicle for any kind of service or work. Super helpful and caring customer service and the work was done on short notice, very quick and more than reasonably priced for the repairs we had done. I would recommend 100 times over. Thank you guys!!

I’m new to the area and was in need of a trust worthy mechanic. After checking reviews of local shops, I opted to give Watkinsville Automotive a try. They have been great! I purchased a used car that ended up having a lot of issues, even leaving me stranded on the side of the road at one point. It’s been to the shop on 3 occasions for different things. I have found the pricing to be very reasonable. They communicated very well throughout the process. They made making payments and getting estimates so easy through text messages. My car now runs smoothly. Jeremy and his staff didn’t stop there though. They’ve called me multiple times to make sure the car was still running well and make sure I was ok. I appreciate them so much and they will now be my go-to mechanic.

This place is absolutely amazing, they have great customer service and are really responsible when it comes to fixing your car. Their prices aren't high considering the job that they do, and I'm really glad I found them. 5 stars! Highly recommended 🙌🏻✅ …

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The customer service here is absolutely trash. The short guy at the front counter was extremely rude. He told me there was nothing wrong with the car, even though I had it towed in because it wouldn’t start consistently. I tired to explain this to him, but the little guy kept interrupting me to tell me the car was working fine. I gathered my composure to keep from lowering myself to his level and left. I found a shop with great customer service and one that would listen to the problem. Turned out to be a loose wire under the fuse box. They fixed it quickly and without issue. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THIS SHOP!

Chance is now my auto mechanic at Watkinsville Auto. He is meticulous and fast, but totally thorough. He diagnosed my Honda CR-V bad Catalytic Converter and also a bad wheel bearing and replaced them for way less than the dealership quoted me. He also replace the rear passenger side brake light assembly that I had a tree limb fall on and crack. I am very pleased with his and Watkinsville Auto’s work. Thank you so much.

Great experience with them fixing the AC issue on my Honda CRV. Busy (which is a good sign!), they explained the issues very well, price seemed very reasonable, friendly service and great after care with the full AC service, they will be my go to for auto repairs and services from now on. Thank you!
