Just bought a few tires & had them installed @ Epps Bridge Walmart in Athens and when I got home i looked at them & they only put 25psi in the tires! They call for 44psi!!! With adding on $20 of BS charges to each tire you would expect them to at least have the right air pressure! I guess with this oversight I maybe should make sure the lug nuts are tight! WTH Walmart!?!

They claimed they couldn't patch my tire last night because of dry rot and tried to sale me a brand new tire instead. Now, I'm at a local tire shop this morning getting it patched up. Sketchy jerks. A couple of years ago, the Westside Walmart claimed they were out of plugs and couldn't patch my tire. 🙄 …

Bad all around. Thought my battery was dead. Walmart said they couldn't replace it but could sell me one. I said okay. Turns out I didn't need it so I came to return it. When I did the "Team Lead" person was really rude and short with me. He had an additude with the guy before me in line and then with me. Turns out they don't accept battery returns. I tried asking him multiple times what I should do with this battery as I have no place to store it and you can't just throw them away. He was extremely unhelpful. Eventually told me he could take it off my hands and recycle it and simultaneously not give me any money if I wanted. One of the worst experiences I've had. Older guy long hair. He also started raising his voice at me and then when I was like "hey now" he said "don't you raise your voice at me". I will absolutely never return ever.

Man, I always get great service when I come here. The last three time's I've needed help with something and came here it always gets done quickly and affordably. Brought in a tire I was having trouble with today and the techs got me squared away and went beyond the extra mile for me. Didn't catch his name but the guy with short cropped dirty blonde hair is killing it. That kind of customer service is why Walmart Auto center is always going to be my first stop .

Arrived just before their posted opening time (7:00am), but had to wait until 7:20 to for them to finally open. Once they did finally open, there were no apologies given for the wait. I was then informed that it would be 9:00am before they could even start on the tire rotation for my vehicle because they are required to have 2 service technicians present for this and there was only 1 there at the time. Why are they even opening if they are not staffed to perform half of the services they provide? I've always had long waits at this Walmart location for any service, but this time will be my last time.

When they sell you tires they don’t care about a missing lugnut but when you come back for the free rotation. My studs are stripped so I just drive around with a missing lugnut until I replace the whole wheel bearing at a later time these people only did half the rotation. They refused to do the driver side The manager here is Anthony and he lies about Walmart not offering a waiver for these situations because in Chicago Walmart they do it all the time.

Awful!!!! They deserve a zero star! I waited over an hour & 1/2 for an oil change that was supposed to take approximately an hour. Then, I was told it would be at least another hour. I decided I’d go to a more professional establishment. STAY AWAY unless you enjoy waiting half a day for a simple oil change.

ALMOST 3 HOURS! That's how long it took them to change 2 tires. It was my first time here, I got there and was informed it would take an hour to an hour and a half. They seemed surprised when I agreed that I could wait that long. I figured I could spend an hour and do most of my grocery shopping while it got done. I cam eback to check on the progress after an hour, they hadn't started on my car. I came back after another half hour, still hadn't started on my car, but I sat down to wait beacuse I had finished my shopping. Little did I know I would be waiting another hour and a half until they finally finished. First and last time here. If you are thinking about coming here, be ready to wait a ridiculous amount of time.
