TL;DR It's Walmart - you get what you pay for. So just pay the extra $20 somewhere else for a better experience from real professionals. Just don't do it. Get repairs somewhere else, get your oil changed somewhere else. They screw up all the time. Last time I got my oil changed here they put in semi-synthetic when I asked for full-synthetic. It was annoying but no big deal until they tried to lie to me saying my car can't take full-synthetic oil. Mistakes happen, but you get to choose whether you own it or not. Their hours are also wrong. I showed up at 7am when they're supposed to open. After an hour of waiting, I went to Take 5 Oil Change which is fantastic.

DO NOT GO TO WALMART FOR ANY SERVICES. I had my kia for 2 years NO PROBLEMS. I got a oil change in january 2025 then in february my cylinder 4 is messed up and had to get it fixed. then i got an oil change early april and 2 days later my engine is GONE!! I know it may be cheaper but DO NOT DO IT!! I regret it wholeheartedly!!

Fire every one that works here. Took my car I was the only person there. Shopped for almost a hour , went back to lube and they haven’t even started on the car. Also made appointment.

Dropped in for an Oil Change, didnt realize it was fairly close to closing. I expected to be turned away but to my surprise, the very nice lady working the counter accomodated me, was lighting fast, and friendly instead of making me feel guilty about the late arrival. The tech was also very friendly and made friends with my furry companion(Spud-the wonder dog). I decided to shop for a moment while waiting, they had out menin a shopping mood so I bought a 58 inch Tv and several other items. When I returned the oil tech even helped me load my van. I will be doing all my oil changes and shopping at this particular Walmart

I will never ever return for tire service here. I had four new tires put on. I waited four hours was told it would take 1.5 hrs. there were two employees who were the slowest moving, leisurely, not In a rush, so actually just standing around doing nothing at times while two cars were in the bay. Next day tire is leaking air. I upon inspection they effed up my valve stem. I wouldn't dare go back to have them fix it. Worst work attitude.

Order tired for my vehicle, tires show that they have been delivered. This Walmart keep canceling my appointment to getting these installed, and they say that my tires are not there. I have tracking that says they have been delivered. I was asked by on the their employees to just cancel my order and get my money back. Didn't bother to look if they had other tires in stock that would work for my vehicle. At the end of the day, I am glad. I would actually not trust this location with my vehicle. They are unprofessional, they all do not care for service, the place is so unorganized and trashed... Walmart, stick to selling groceries... This was an awful experience.

I don't know about other people but what I experienced tonight was masterful customer service & experience. I wish I would gotten the names of the 4 guys working tonight, 11/18. Extremely helpful information from everyone involved. These guys were like a pit crew. All 4 installing my tires in a flash. It was a beautiful sight. Management needs to recognize these men. I really hope they see this.

DO NOT USE! They "forgot" to put the OIL in! My son drove his car for 2 months with no oil! When I take it to the shop for making noise they said "where did you take it for it's last oil change", I told them and they said "yeah we've seen it before!" Thankfully I'm not paying for a new engine. When I called Walmart, the lady that answered said that I was making it up and that it never happens. Oh and the auto department doesn't have management. I called again later and spoke to a young man that said to call the main store line. When I did I asked for customer service and once they answer I'm told I have to speak to a manager in auto center...as nothing they could do! Now what?

While changing my tire one of the mechanics damaged my TPMS sensor. Now I have to go and replace because it seemed he wasn’t careful with you it. Took forever to change a tires.

I booked an appointment for four new tires online. My appointment time was from 7-8 am. When I arrived, I was told there were no techs scheduled to work until nine. No one was able to work on my tires and they didn’t even seem like it was a big deal. This did not make me feel confident about having them work on my car. I went down to Discount Tire. It was the same price and they finished in 15 minutes. Don’t go to the wal mart auto center. It seems like they should just shut it down.
