I really wanted to give more stars, as the oil changes and general maintenance here have always been quick and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, my experience with the detailing department was frustrating and disappointing. I called on a Sunday to ask about getting a detail done the same day. They were hesitant due to the weather, which I completely understood — but the representative struggled to explain it clearly. Since I work in customer service, I basically had to interpret it myself and let them know I understood. I then asked if I could drop the vehicle off that same day (Sunday) so it could be worked on Monday. They said that was fine. It rained on Monday, so I wasn’t surprised that no work happened then. But by Tuesday, I still hadn’t heard anything. Instead, my office got a call from them asking why our company vehicle was parked on their lot and saying it needed to be moved — not realizing I was a paying customer who had dropped it off for a scheduled detail. I had to give them all of my information again, which was really off-putting. Why wasn’t there a clear record of my appointment or even my vehicle? Later that afternoon, they told me the car had only been vacuumed and washed — even though I had requested a full detail, including shampooing. I clarified that again, and then finally got a call at 5:30 p.m. saying the vehicle was ready. The shampoo job was rushed, lacked attention to detail, and clearly wasn’t done with care. This isn’t a heavily used car — it’s just a company vehicle for appointments — so it really shouldn’t have been difficult. For $150, I expected far better. What made it worse was the attitude I received when they asked for the vehicle to be picked up, as if it had been dumped there, rather than being a scheduled customer service. The customer care just wasn’t there. I was expecting more — not for my car to be forgotten, rushed through, and treated like it was in the way.

this place is awesome. they do full service interior and exterior cleans and they have absolutely reasonable repair prices. i love these guys. and their car washes are awesome.

I've driven across town for 15+ years because the detailing always has been exceptional. I suppose their standards gave changed. Whereas I've always been amazed at my car looking almost factory fresh, there's a laundry list of what wasn't done: trunk not vaccuumed, pinestraw still under wipers, crud in so many nooks and crannies and crevices, inside surfaces still smudged, crud on roof and hood, and more. The guy I think was the manager argued with me and wanted to charge me another $35 to clean what's always been done beautifully. The detailer didn't get serious until I started taking photos. I waited because I don't like posting negative reviews as everyone has an "off" day, but the arguing and the lazy attitude and the attempt to charge more was quite bothersome. They can't fix what they don't know, and I'm not sure they grasped my point when I still was there. I won't know as I won't go back.

My daughter was about to return home from Athens, a four hour drive, when her coolant light came on, so she gave me a call. I had her pull over and look at the coolant which she told me was below the minimum line. I did not want her to have an issue driving home so I looked up service locations online and sent her here as it was right down the road and advised her to call me when she arrived. About ten minutes later she called and told me a nice gentleman there popped the hood, added a little coolant, and told her it was not enough to charge her for. Obviously I am not recommending you go there hoping for FREE service, but I want to recognize EXCELLENT service when offered. Thanks for taking care of my daughter. I am very thankful!!

Outstanding customer service. I came to them over an issues that wasn't their problem, it was due to a faulty filter pit on by another oil change place. These guys gladly looked at the situation and were able to give me guidance on what the problem was, at no cost. I appreciated their help and will be moving my business to them as we'll be in and out of the Athens area for the next few years.

I get my car wash here and I've never had a problem. Staff always friendly with great work! Today was my first oil change with them. Victor was extremely nice, curtious, and professional. He took his time and answered my million questions without rushing me or getting irritated. So far my car is running much better! I told Victor I was searching for a new place for car care bc my last place got lazy. Everytime I pulled up they seemed bothered that I came then I felt rushed so they can go back to doing nothing. So I said all that to say I hope this will be my permanent spot for car care and that they don't start slipping.
