This was my second experience with University Tire. Extremely happy with their service. I came in early and they worked me in to get my tires mounted and balanced. Had my vehicle in and out in an hour. Vehicle tires were balanced well and rode smoothly on the way home. Definitely recommend them for your service needs.

I have used University Tire for several years! Customer Service staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. If there is a concern with your vehicle the technicians are good about informing you and won’t do anything without your approval. Their service is fast, especially for how busy they usually are! I use University Tire mostly for oil change and tire rotation. I also have purchased tires when needed and was pleased with the purchase. I would definitely recommend them. I always take my vehicle to the Mitchell Bridge Street location.

Had my car towed to the on Thursday morning. By Thursday afternoon they had found the problem and called me. Had it fixed by Friday afternoon. Great communication and service. Will use them again. Andrea was my contact. Very helpful. Great team that fixed my car.

The attention to detail was over the top. A good friend sent me up there to talk to JD about what I wanted to have done to my vehicle. He stayed in touch during the few days of service, gave me options, listed pros and cons and managed to get it done exactly like I was hoping. The guys keep a clean shop and are friendly. Repeat customer, this is hands down the best shop in Athens. Last year (on my birthday, of course) I pulled in with an unexpected flat and they fixed me right up for FREE. Their pricing is very fair and they won’t try to swindle you. I also really appreciate the shuttle service they have for when services take longer.
