My daughter has been living at Uncommon for about a year now and absolutely loves it! She has renewed for next year and as a mom, I couldn’t be happier with my daughter’s living condition. The complex is safe and secure which gives me a lot of peace of mind being 4+ hours away from her.

Please do not sign here. I have been displaced for my apartment and living in hotel rooms for a month due to flooding (without compensation and moving back to back to different hotels during school days). Apparently the same source of the flooding happened last year and has yet to be fixed resulting in flooding this year. It has truly been a miserable experience. Not to mention, there has been broken water heaters for units above that has caused additional flooding on different circumstances. The building is so poorly built. There’s numerous hazards, including lint, suffocating the maintenance closet in the units. If you decide to pay for covered parking with gates expect your car be broken into due to the gates, constantly breaking months at a time Letting anyone just in. The fire alarms goes off at any time during the day, and is a constant issue for months that stay on for up to 30 minutes at a time So if you have animals, I would not recommend This place. In addition, cars have been shot by guns, leaving bullet holes in cars and covered areas and uncovered areas on the property. With all these issues rent is still the same. We do not get money back due To being displaced out of our unit or even the constant amenities, being broken, such as basic things as an elevator and gym. The only good thing about this place is that you trauma bond with your neighbors and get really close to them, for everyone is going through the same thing.

This is my first year at Uncommon and so far I’ve got no complaints! The staff is super friendly and maintenance always responds to my requests fast. I’m always the hosting apartment when friends come over as there’s so much to do here. We love to spend time in the club room where there’s game tables and a huge TV we watch UGA games on when we can’t get tickets. The staff always stocks the room with snacks and drinks so it’s a great space to entertain. Go dawgs!

I have been living at Uncommon for a year now and have renewed for the next term. The front desk staff is so welcoming and helpful and I am very happy with our new maintenance staff! We had an issue with our washing machine and they were so helpful in getting it fixed right away! I can't wait to continue living here for another year!

I just started living at Uncommon and I honestly have nothing bad to say about it. Maintenance has been quick, the gym is nice, and the leasing team was really accommodating. When I needed to move in early, they helped me relet from another resident for July. I'll only be here for a year before I finish my Masters, but I'm looking forward to it.

My friend lives here and I enjoy staying with her so much! We love to use the TULU machine it’s so great for late night snacks! The ice cream is my favorite part! I definitely will want to look into signing this apartment complex in the future.

I came here to tour once and had a great time being informed on all the perks of Uncommon by Gracie! It's such a nice apartment complex, from the amenities to the location itself. Downtown is just a 2 minute walk away. I'd highly recommend this place

Toured with my daughter earlier this summer and we just signed! Our tour guide (I don't quite remember her name but she was a blonde) was so bubbly and happy to answer all of our questions. We asked about the pet policy and she didn't know the cost off the top of her head, but she emailed us right after with all of the facts and figures. I trust that if my daughter runs into any issues, the employees will help out!

I am currently looking into a place to live post Grad and I love Uncommon in Athens. The floorplans were very modern and flexible and I could immediately picture myself there. A huge shout out to Jess at the front desk, who gave me a great smile and made me feel right at home.
