Do not get a tow hitch installed on your vehicle from here. Not only was it installed crooked but the worker also scratched the paint on my vehicle during installation but didn’t want to fess up. Unbelievable.

This is an excellent U-haul facility! Harrison made it the best! He was so accommodating and helpful when we purchased a used truck. He took his time, personally helped us Check out the vehicle, and made the whole process so smooth and easy. He deserves a raise! That customer service is rare nowadays.

Zero stars if I could. Customer support was very helpful but my mother and I are sadly on the side of the road in a broken down u haul waiting for someone to come get us. We looked at booking an Uber and we shouldn't have to pay $30 for an Uber back to our house. U haul should pay for this. Just wasted out Saturday morning trying to clear the rest of our furniture out of my grandmother's estate. Our u haul was smoking and leaking both anti freeze and oil. U haul should do more to prevent their customers from sitting on the side of the road for two hours.

She’s such a sweet person. She helped me pick the right size storage. Very informative. Great personality. She went above and beyond to accommodate me and my needs.
