The whole process of ordering a Ubox from delivery to me to fill to delivery to my new address was easy and great. The customer service was wonderful.

I had a very poor experience with Ubox and U-Haul as well as movinghelp.com. I reserved two boxes for a move from Florida to South Carolina. I paid for insurance, hoping I would not have any damage. Unfortunately, there was damage, and I have been unable to receive any acknowledgment of the damage, let alone compensation. It is a total case of finger pointing. Ubox blames movinghelp.com. Movinghelp.com blames U-Haul and the insurance company, RepWest, blames me because I don’t have pictures of what they should be able to locate and document as damage on the UBox. I have a little hope of recovering my loss. If you have only boxes, this might be a reasonable way to do some moving. If you have furniture that could be damaged, I wish you good luck because that’s all you’ll have on your side . If you have to hire the moving help and there’s any problem, they will blame U-Haul and U-Haul will blame them, and the insurance company will cover none of it. Essentially, the insurance company will blame you because you did not film or photograph every detail of the move. Never mind that you were busy with the move and trying to supervise your possessions, being loaded and unloaded.
