I don’t usually write positive reviews because I tend to expect straightforward, honest service as the baseline. But in this case, I feel like credit is absolutely due. I was able to have same day service on my AC without additional "emergency" costs thrown on top. From the first phone call to the completed repair, everything was handled smoothly. The staff was professional, the communication was clear, and they explained everything in a way that made sense — no upselling, no pressure, just honest answers. They quickly identified the issue (a clogged drain line), got it fixed without any hassle, and the cost was more than fair. It was easy to schedule, easy to understand, and easy on the budget — which is rare these days. It’s nice to find an HVAC company that actually delivers on what they promise. I've had other companies in the local area attempt to charge me extreme prices for simple solutions. Looking at you, Jordan Air. This is the team I’ll be calling first from now on, and the one I’ll confidently recommend to friends and neighbors.

Jeremy did his job. No flim or flam just did his job exactly like it's supposed to be. Very professional, easy to talk to, and offered solutions very pertinent to our situation. He repaired our problems within minutes but realize a new AC is needed. We are getting quotes for installation of a new unit from other AC services but now Trammell Heating & Air tops our list. Our A/C went out and Jeramy from Trammell Heating and Air, LLC came out to look at our system. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Our unit needed a part that was relatively difficult to get and Jeramy attempted to locate one, drove to the place to make sure they had it, called me and informed me it was in stock, and returned and installed it. That part would have been two to three days getting here if ordered, but he went the extra mile to make sure he found one and we had A/C working today. My wife is extremely grateful because she doesn’t do hot very well, lol 😆. Not to mention their repair cost was reasonable. If you are looking to get some HVAC work done right and reasonable, CALL TRAMMELL HEATING AND AIR, LLC. I will from here on out!
