I reached out to Top Tier due to a water heater busting & causing water damage. Wayne & his team were at my house that afternoon. They began the drying out process that day. They handled everything with my insurance which made is easier on me! They were amazing from start to finish! Highly recommend Top Tier!!

Wayne was very helpful in identifying our leaking roof problem, explaining the probable cause, and suggesting the solution. He also suggested maintenance be done to the opposite side of the roof to avoid future problems of a similar nature. Both of these areas had developed leaks on two other occasions during our four year ownership. Having to have these repairs done three times in four years tells a lot about the builder, and some other roofing companies. Top Tier's roofers appeared to be very competent as I watched what they were doing. It was my impression that they really cared about doing the job correctly. My advice is to carefully vet any roofing company that you are considering for a roofing job. Top Tier Roofing & Restoration has a 5 star rating from me, if that helps you in one of your choices.

In making the decision to use Wayne and Top Tier roofing was made early because they honored my request not to knock or ring the doorbell. This was so nice. After that we started a text message exchange as to when and how we would proceed. They worked with my timeline without issue. Once I was ready, They handled everything needed with the insurance company, went through the inspections, paperwork, etc. Once insurance signed off, all I had to do was pick the color. From first call to insurance to finished product was maybe 2 weeks, if I remember correctly. The crew that installed the roof was great as well. Kept the area clean throughout the process. The Top Tier team made several visits during the install and answered any questions I had. Since installation, we've had several neighbors comment on how nice the roof looks. We had a flood in our basement which is very upsetting. Top Tier took care of us from A to Z. They completed thorough water mitigation, removed all flooring and lower sections of walls that were damaged and then did a fantastic job putting everything back together. They are fantastic communicators and arrived every day as scheduled. They completed the entire project on time with fantastic quality results. They worked with our insurance company and handled every aspect of the claim. I hope you never have a flood but if you do call Wayne and Johnnie from Top Tier!!!!

Wayne Farmer was AWESOME. He took the time to explain what was going on with my roof and even sat down at my kitchen table to help me file the insurance claim. 2 weeks later I had a new roof. His guys showed up in the AM and were done by the time I got home from work. I could not even tell they had been there because they cleaned up so good. I know its just a roof, but it changed the whole look of our house. Took 15 years off. You will not regret hiring Wayne and Top Tier.

I called Top Tier after noticing a water spot in our vaulted ceiling after a heavy rain. DJ came out the next day to assess damage and see what we needed to do. Once we realized that the whole roof needed replaced, DJ got right to work. Matt and DJ helped me with the process of filing my claim, were extremely knowledgeable, professional and made it so easy. After insurance approval, they were quick to get the work scheduled. On replacement day, the team was on time, polite, very efficient and we had a new roof before 3pm. Top Tier were also very helpful when we wanted to do some additional cosmetic repairs while they worked. The entire team has been so easy to work with throughout the entire process. We will definitely call them again for any and all issues and we're so grateful to DJ, Matt and the team!
