I was traveling with what seemed like zero options on a Sunday due to a run flat tire that kept going flat after it was filled with air. After calling my car manufacturer’s roadside assistance and AAA, it was decided that my best option to get home was just to buy a new regular tire. My uncle called around to local shops that were open on Sunday. Tires Plus in Athens was about 30 minutes away but they had my size in stock. My uncle spoke with Kevin and he said they could take car of it in less than an hour. I was traveling with my mom and aunt who are 76 and 83. When we got there, Kevin was extremely kind to all of us, inviting us to have cold water while we waited. Because we were traveling, he was nice enough to take care of my issue immediately. He showed me the tire that had a nail completely embedded in it and explained why it wouldn’t have been able to be repaired if it had been a regular vs run flat tire. I think we were there for less than 30 minutes. I have family in the area and I’ve told all of them where to go for tires in Athens, Ga. Thank you Kevin and staff!

I bought a full set of tires during the Epic event at a great price. Not even a week later, I ran over a construction staple ruining one of the new tires. The shop replaced the tire with no hassle! Make sure to get the hazard protection. You never know what will be on the loop! Great shop with great guys!

I called to make an appointment to get a tire patched. JEFF told me that I didn’t need to make an appointment, just to come on by. When I arrived he was incredibly rude. I asked how long it would take and he said hours. I mentioned that I didn’t have hours to sit, that is why I wanted to make an appointment! Then he rudely said, “don’t you see all these people sitting here? “ As we walked out to the car he continued with unprofessional comments. I then just said never mind and as he walked away he continued to yell at me from the door across the parking lot. This was so nuts, I will never go there again!
