We hired Jerry to finish our large basement and completely remodel our upstairs kitchen. Mid project we decided to have him redo the fireplace as well. We are very happy with the work and Jerry addressed any minor final touches. He generally checked in each morning through text messages and even took time to send me photos of the day’s work when I had to be out of town. Given the size of the job, the schedule/timeline was great. Would hire again.

We had one of our bathrooms remodeled about a month shot by the crew at Tipton’s Fine Tuned Carpentry. The entire process was very smooth and it turned out absolutely perfect for us. The communication of issues that arose during the project was great and found solutions to problems quickly and kept to the timeline. Rusty, Richard, Cory and Steven were awesome to work with. They converted the buffet into our vanity and it looks like it was meant to be that way all along. We will definitely recommend and reuse Tipton’s for any future projects.

Great experience all around. The Tipton crew completely redid my bathroom - demo the original 1953 one, rebuilt the subfloor that had totally rotted out, put in a new shower, vanity, toilet, and tiled the whole thing. They also put in a beadboard ceiling in the living/dining room, put in new front and back doors, and added a new dryer vent. Jerry and his crew were fast, polite, responsive, and respectful of the space throughout the entire job. After they finished, Jerry and crew followed up on a plumbing issue that ended up being unrelated to their work, yet they still fixed the issue for me. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

The guys at Tipton Fine Tuned Carpentry did a fantastic job removing a shower/tub and building a new shower stall. The tile work and door setup are absolutely beautiful. The price was quite reasonable, communications were great and the crew was very good. We will definitely use Tipton Fine Tuned Carpentry again.

I contracted with Jerry - Tiptons Fine Tuned Carpentry for a Home remodel and an room addition in April of 2022 the project was completed at the end of November 2022. Now just 2 and 1/2 years later I have an issue with the paint peeling off the exterior trim because the painting Sub Contractor Jerry used did not prime any new wood or siding. I brought this to Jerry's attention and he stated the primer was in the paint. This appears to be untrue , now I am going to have to hire someone else to address this issue. Richards crew installed LVP flooring throughout the house and addition I pointed out to Richard about a low place at the threshold going into the new addition. Richards helper stated that they would use rock hard putty to level the low spot . Now since the joint in the LVP has give way it is evident nothing was done to the low spot. I now have a low spot and a high edge on my flooring. There was several workmanship issues throughout the whole project. As Jerry and I was looking over the completed project I pointed out some issues that I wanted corrected.Jerry stated that I was looking for perfection and that there was going to be imperfections. There was no attention to Quality or Detail. In my opinion Jerry should hold his Crews and Sub Contractors to a higher standard of workmanship.

Matt, the foreman for our crew, was very professional and in constant communication throughout our project. We are thrilled with the result and it was done in a timely manner. Jerry and his crew were professional from start to finish. Mr Tipton is organized and uses a web based platform that allows electronic transactions which made getting on his schedule, paying a deposit, and final payment simple. The estimate was fair and a good value for the detailed work I wanted. I hired Tipton’s to add molding around the exterior windows and hang shutters with hardware. Jerry’s guys were kind and friendly, they were confident, well spoken, and knew exactly what to do. I have more projects planned and won’t use anyone else for my carpentry and remodeling projects. Happy customer! Highly recommended.

Our kitchen, living room, dining room, and hall bath was in need of a major upgrade and Jerry came highly recommended by a trusted friend of mine. He didn't disappoint at all, coming in on time and on budget all in just 5 weeks! His team deleted two walls, installed a 22' LVL beam, all new cabinets, a 45sf island, got rid of popcorn ceilings, and then did an cosmetic update of our hall bath that I added mid project! Brought our floorplan from 1985 and ready for 2022 and beyond!
