A friend referred me to Dr. McDonald in 1987. I never went to anyone else after I was blessed enough to find a dentist that provided such excellent care. During my time with him, he has performed an emergency root canal, replaced fillings, and done a few crowns. He is the most gentle dentist anyone could ever ask for. Both of my sons are patients of Dr. McDonald. He was such an awesome dentist when they were young, I chose to not even go to a pediatric dentist. My sons are now grown and they are pleased with Dr. McDonald. They also continue to use him as well. His office also does a wonderful job with the dental cleanings and screening for dental problems. Dr. McDonald and his staff also take their time with you to make certain that they are aware of any medical or health changes that could affect your dental health. I can not even image going anywhere else. The office staff also does a wonderful job trying to schedule our appointments to fit our work schedule. I highly recommend Dr. McDonald.

After having an initial appointment delayed for several months, I attempted to reschedule it to due to a conflict with my new job. McDonald's office refused, and I expressed apprehension due to the prospect of having to risk my dental health to keep my job. I asked if I could call back after checking to see if it was ok with my boss. Moments later, McDonald's office called me back, and informed me that THEY would be canceling my appointment because I was "not respectful" of their schedule. Yes, that is correct: a receptionist canceled a dental appointment to try to teach a stranger a lesson in manners. Ironically, she needs one :) EDIT: not spam. These jerks are hiding their bad service by editing which reviews are visible.
