Highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. Had a hot water heater die on a Sunday and called this company. They had a technician out same day with a brand new unit installed and ready to use all on the same day. Let me remind you this was a Sunday. Nate came out and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took great care of us and had our hot water dialed. If management reads this, Nate deserves the highest raise possible. As a Luxury home contractor i have to be picky about who I allow in my clients homes. The Neighborhood Plumber have been my go to plumbers for the better part of a decade now. Every single person from the office staff, to the owners to the techs and apprentices are top notch professionals. Chad put in a sump pump and some new water supply/drain lines for me yesterday in a clients basement and ,once again, the work and attention to detail were exceptional. Jana was amazing everytime she communicated with me as far as the time they would arrive and let me know they could get here sooner than originally planned. Nate was amazing he came in and evaluated the possible issue gave us the prices up front as far as what we could be looking at. Excellent Service from Neighborhood Plumber! My elderly neighbor recently had a severely clogged kitchen sink, causing water to back up into the dishwasher. I called Neighborhood Plumber, and I'm so glad I did! Patrick and Zach arrived promptly and quickly resolved the issue. They didn't just fix the immediate problem, though. They went above and beyond by checking all the showers and faucets throughout the house, making necessary adjustments to ensure everything was in perfect working order.
