We had such a great experience with Trust Heating and Air! Our technician, Robert, was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Before calling them, another company came to our home and tried to charge us a huge amount for unnecessary repairs. Thank God there was a misunderstanding that stopped us from moving forward — because a friend referred us to Trust Heating and Air instead! When Robert inspected our system, he quickly found that nothing major was wrong with our AC. He explained everything clearly and helped us avoid spending thousands unnecessarily. We truly appreciate their honesty and integrity. We saved so much money and are now happy new members of the Trust Heating and Air family. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated after my recent experience with Michael Dermer, who was referred to me through Wells Fargo Home Projects. I had high expectations for a reputable, vetted vendor – especially one tied to a financing program I’ve already been approved for – but what I received instead was a complete waste of time and a total lack of professionalism. Michael showed up to my home completely unprepared – no measuring tape, no notepad, no tools, and most importantly, no sense of customer service. He came into my home with a condescending attitude, asked me to provide him with all the measurements and technical details he should have been responsible for collecting. How do you come to give an HVAC estimate without a measuring tape or any idea of how to evaluate the space? That’s your job, not mine. His tone was dismissive and rude, asking, “Well, what did the other companies tell you?” – as if I’m supposed to do his job and provide competitive intel. I called his company for their professional opinion – not to be interrogated like I was inconveniencing him. I waited the entire weekend for this appointment, only to be met with someone who clearly didn’t value my time, my business, or basic professionalism. This was supposed to be a quote for a new HVAC install in our basement project – not a debate session on what I should already know. Wells Fargo – if this is who you’re sending out under your vetted list of partners, you may want to reevaluate. I could’ve called any other licensed HVAC contractor, but I chose this one based on your recommendation – and deeply regret it. Homeowners beware: If you’re looking for quality, respect, preparation, and a smooth experience – keep looking. This company will waste your time and leave you more frustrated than when you started.

We are so thankful we found Trust Heating and Air! Our upstairs air stopped working and Robert was able to come out the next day to diagnose our problem. He was great and explained everything very well. We've lived in our home for 25 years so it was time to get a new system. Andre and Cameron were able to install our new system just a few days later and they did such a great job! They were very thorough and so professional. We will definitely continue to use their services we highly recommend! 😊

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Trust Heating and Air really lives up to their name! Our technician, Robby, was outstanding—he came out in the rain and worked with professionalism and care. The company stood by their repair warranty without hesitation, fixing the part they had replaced back in June. They even came out the very next day after my service call. I truly appreciate their honesty, quick response, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Pablo as our service tech. He came out and serviced our restaurant for some regular maintenance and estimates. It started pouring rain and he stayed on the roof the entire time to get his job done. Will definitely work with this company again, if not just because of Pablo’s work ethic.

My tech, Joshua. Sent me a text message with his picture attached, introducing himself. When he arrived. He was Professional and very polite. We hit it off, and talked like we known each other for awhile. And he knows his, stuff too! One look at my A-coil. He had it already figured out. We came up with a bandage plan, that was all we could do. Four days in and it's still, holding(Smiling)! TRUST is my new Heating and Air Conditioning Company now! I will use them again! And I would recommend them to all my neighbors and friends 🧡! Joshua can work on my system anytime 😊!
