While I noticed some mixed reviews on Google, my own experience with Sunrise Roofing was outstanding. They did an excellent job on my roof and provided exceptional service. Michael, who came to inspect the damage, explained the situation clearly and thoroughly. The repair crew arrived on time as planned and was very professional. The project supervisor was knowledgeable and attentive throughout the process. In 2009 (or maybe 2010), Sunrise Roofing agreed to replace my roof for the exact amount that insurance provided. I was recently widowed, and a bit out of it, so perhaps that was why they were so accommodating. Anyway, they said, would you please give a review once we are done, and I said "sure" and then neglected to do so until today, 15 years later. In 2025, a different company was in my neighborhood, and asked if they could examine my roof to see if it needed repair or replacement. I agreed, and after they looked it over, they told me everything was fine with my roof and nothing needed to be done. So I may be 15 years late with my Sunrise Roofing review, but I think it's probably a far better testament than I could have provided sooner. Good work!

The process with Sunrise Roofing was an excellent and extra ordinary experience. I must say that Will was excellent, professional, he had great customer service, he was patient, helpful, quick to respond and he advocated for me when my insurance company was dragging their feet to cover everything I needed covered. He was my contact person before the project started and made sure everything was sorted out and in place. When the project started I encountered Chad and Brandon and were great as well, patient, professional, helpful . Even when I had to complete my payment Teresa was great and professional, good conversation. I can’t even begin to say how impressed I was with tran that came to the house to complete the work, they were quick and the job they did was beautiful. I feel like I am in a new home. The new vanities, the new shower tiles, new flooring, patched all the holes in wall, and ceiling and painted them. Work was beautiful. I would refer anyone to Sunrise Roofing and if I have any projects to complete I will definitely contact them.
Exposed
I know a good company when I see one. One that is honest. I had a gentleman from Sunrise get on my roof and when he got down he told me there was no damage and gave me a clean bill of health roof report. I've heard of other companies telling people they had damage when they didn't and there insurance rates went up because of it. I appreciate the honestly above all us and not just looking at me like I was a dollar sign. Thanks Sunrise

Need a zero star. The owner, Kendall, has no respect for his customers. I got my roof done 2 years ago. The first day after they were so-called done, there was old roofing and nails left in my yard and on my front porch for me to clean up. It was never finished. I have been calling and still nothing. My roof is falling apart. I sent pictures. They sent people out to my house a few times, and the job is still not done. They sent a crew out who did absolutely nothing but drink beer and throw the beer cans all over my yard. I called him on Tuesday to see what he was going to do and how we could get this resolved. He was very angry. His response was, "You ain't getting nothing. Do what you gotta do. I'm not doing any work for you and called me the N word." Then he hung up. He was very rude. So please don't waste your money.

What started as a worrisome leak from our upstairs became an overhaul of both of our upstairs bathrooms. Sunrise did a beautiful job. We are very pleased with how they turned out and appreciate the contractors who came out to do the work as well as Kendall, who walked us through the process. What started out as a frustrating experience (no one wants to deal with a leak) turned into bathrooms we’ll appreciate for years to come.

It was done quickly, some minor damage to a side board on edge of roof (supposedly rotting according to supervisor), but had never shown that kind of damage. It looks good and just hope that the solar works well when reconnected.
