My family’s unit flooded this summer and the team was completely unsupportive in addressing the thousands of dollars in damage. We were also informed that this unit had a history of flooding yet no responsibility was taken. I would not recommend this unreliable company to anyone. Do NOT trust Storage Mart!!!

A friend of mine had their rental unit in Athens, GA flood this summer, and the management team has been completely unhelpful in addressing the damages. They were later told the unit had flooded before, but that was never disclosed beforehand. It’s really disappointing to see a company show such little responsibility or care for their tenants.

Great place for storage between apartments! My daughter is a UGA student and we needed to move her out of one place and couldn't go to the new apartment right away, so we got a 5x10 conditioned space. It was perfect. She had more than enough space for all her clothes, small dressers, kitchen stuff, underbed storage drawers. Her apartment was furnished so we didn't have big items likes beds/couches. The communication from the office was fantastic. They are super on top of it! Highly recommend using StorageMart! Also, it was very clean and a great price!

Do not trust them to save photos.. keep you in the loop about your unit.. or even call when there is doubt period!! They are so hard to deal with and zero communication!! Run fast!!
