Stanfield Air Systems did an awesome job cleaning our ducts! We just bought a 25 year old house that had not been taken care of by the previous owners who also had cats. Cat hair everywhere. The technician, Drew, was amazing. He explained the process and cleaning method and then he proceeded to do a fabulous job. Very thorough and clean. No mess. He was incredibly nice and professional. The ducts look great and the house smells a lot better!! Thank you Drew and thank you, Stanfield!

Stanfield Air systems is the best! From the ease of scheduling and very pleasant customer service staff to the technicians, our experience was excellent. The technician, Sean, did a thorough assessment of our mini split unit and found a leak in the unit. He was able to repair it the same day and saved us a lot of money since we didn’t have to replace the unit. Sean was very professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Stanfield!

Stanfield is great! They might seem pricey but they are worth it in terms of scheduling and cost effectiveness. We had just gone through a bad experience with G company, a month prior and our AC stopped working again. We suspected it was the Nest thermostat all along, so we purchased a new thermostat from Georgia power. Power to the AC was ok until we replaced the thermostat. We called Stanfield and they were available that afternoon ( had to wait 4 days for the other company. Jeremy called us sooner than expected and came prepared. He explained that typically when replacing a thermostat the fuse on the AC unit panel will go bad. He went right to work, replaced the fuse after making sure that was the case and checked the thermostat was working. He was prompt, informative and didn't charge me more than expected ( unlike the other guy). Jeremy was personable and even put booties on his shoes so he wouldn't track mud in the house. I would definitely recommend him and Stanfield.

I don't remember the last time I was so impressed with a company. Not only did our technician, Ashton, arrive on time, Stanfield sent me his picture beforehand with a nice bio! Ashton was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem right away and made sure our system was working properly before he left. On his way out, he noticed a register making a noise I didn't even know was unusual and asked if he could fix it. He brought in a ladder and individually adjusted each louver in the register, so now they don't rattle and our system is silent. That's customer service that goes above and beyond!

Review 10/2025: We needed a new Heat Pump to replace our 20 year old unit [4 stars]: Called three top tier / top rated installers in Athens - all from Trane/American Standard (same company) or Carrier (i.e. the top two Heat Pumps as rated by Consumer Reports) Stanfield came in in the middle; we however went with them due to: (a) Trane/American Standard came in modestly higher than Carrier per Consumer Reports [all top tier] and (b) I hope my new Unit lasts 20 years and I believe Stanfield will be there if it does break. Summary: overall, we're very happy with the work done, especially the craftsmanship for our new plenum and we like our new unit; however, there are two items to watch out for (see below): Craftsmanship by Landon and Sam (inside installers) was excellent, especially the new plenum (minimal air leaks and airflow is up approx. 50% even with same size unit) - better duct work routing. Two Things to Watch Out For: (a) the guys tracked in a fair bit of dirt and stained our carpet - be sure to ask the guys to wear booties / put out the carpet [BEFORE] they start work :-) , and (b) our unit was not set up correctly - our (premium) multi -stage unit was installed as a single stage - we caught this and they sent a Tech to fix; please note: the highest efficiency ratings of premium Heat Pumps are only reached when they run at reduced loads; lower starting loads also extends the compressors life. Overall, we're happy with our unit and the quality of the install. It wasn't perfect, but we are there.
