I never was in an accident that led to substantial damage before. I was referred to this shop by a friend who works with Cars and I can truly say this shop calmed my fears and led me every step of the way! I felt so ignorant about what to ask and what things meant but Randee kept reassuring me that everything was OK and she didn't mind breaking down the jargon or the process. Plus, I had notifications a few times a week to get information on my car. Everything looks better than when I first bought it! Grateful that this referral was 100% worth it.

I’m happy with the work and service I received. They also have a deal with the Enterprise rent a car up the road where Enterprise will pick you up at the shop and you can also leave your rental there. Very convenient and saves time

I took my car in for a repair after being rear ended. After picking up the car I was greeted with spray painted wheels. My wheels were totally unaffected by the collision. The polished aluminum now has silver spray paint on it and it is quite noticeable in the sun. It appears they tried to hide damage caused while it was in the shop. I decided at the time to let it go since I was too busy to deal with it. I did email the company the day I picked it up. After not hearing back I forwarded that to Joy and Cale for documentation. However, I recently had another bad experience which was a tipping point. My rear view camera was on back order during the repair so I took the car home knowing I will need to bring it back. It finally came in and because I work in Atlanta I asked if I could have the installation done on Friday since it is my only day off. They refused to do it on any Friday even though they are open and it’s a quick job. I asked if I could bring it in on literally any Friday months down the road and was told no. The person I was speaking to was almost making an effort to be unhelpful. So without any other option I’m having to install this myself even though I already paid Specialty Paint & Body for labor. The manager at the Mitchell Bridge Rd location did not refund this. I would not recommend bringing a car you care about here. They have been a hassle to deal with. Nice up front but difficult when they have you locked in.

We have used these folks twice now on our Lexus 350. Once for a rear end collision and once when a deer decided to take out the front end. I actually toured the facility before I hired them to make sure they weren’t some terrible fix-it place that was going to do a half butt job. their service bays are almost clinically clean and you can tell they care a lot about what goes in and what comes out of their place. They’ve also been really good at dealing with my idiot insurance company that wants to put in $80 parts that are mission critical that should cost 800. I drive an hour and a half one way just to leave it there and go past I don’t know how many other shops that I wouldn’t let them change the tire on my bicycle. You won’t go wrong hiring them.

You always think it's going to be a headache when your car goes into the shop but with Specialty paint and body it WASN'T. The staff kept me updated as to how the progress of our car was going throughout the week and answered any questions I had. When I got our car back it was very clean inside and the work done to it was amazing. Highly recommend them.
