Very fast and professional service and quality, my truck looks amazing after the minor repair to the bumper. I have alot of choices in Winder where I live, but chose these guys after previous experience with surrounding body shops in Barrow/Jefferson county. I recently had an unexpected issue with my car’s electronic braking system while towing it on my road trip from Florida, and I was stuck at Tybee Island RV Park. Despite having no obligation to help, he went so far as to use his own truck to pull my car off the dolly and into a safe area so I could call for towing assistance. This will be my go-to paint and body shop. This place is awesome and the people here are amazing. Everyone was so nice and pleasant and very knowledgeable. I was informed every step of the way of the progress of my car. My car was finished in less than a week and I was blown away by the results. My car looks better than before the accident. They even cleaned the inside before finishing. Highly recommend this place!

I have used the Mitchell Bridge location multiple times for repairs. They have always been friendly and do a great job. Today, I had the pleasure of patronizing the Jefferson Road location and I was blown away. Everyone was so down-to-earth and friendly. I couldn't believe it. Honestly, it's probably one of the best customer service experiences, body shop or not, that I've ever had. It is rare in this day and age of "profit over people" to encounter such authenticity and honesty. They took pity on me, helped me with exactly what I needed, and did fantastic work fast. Outstanding work! Chris Fee was great to work with-excellent communication through the entire process, advocated for certified components and made dealing with insurance a breeze. Vehicle repair was efficient and lead time on parts was quick. Ray, the body tech, did some top-tier work. The vehicle turned out the same caliber as off the factory floor. Being able to return the rental at the body shop was a nice feature as well. Highly recommend utilizing Specialty for any body work needs.

Bumped into something while parking. Got quick appointment for an estimate. They explained what needed to be done. Estimate seemed reasonable. Gave them a deposit. Made appointment. 2 days after dropping off got the call to pick up car. Turned out great. Very satisfied. My family has used Specialty in the past and always pleased with the results.
