Dr. Singh has cared for my cats for many years, and I have always appreciated her willingness to explain options and answer questions. I also appreciate the quality of care my cats get from everyone who works at SAAC. One moment that stands out for me is having to say goodbye to a beloved pet. My cat had a chronic condition, and Dr. Singh worked with me for over a year to manage his condition and keep him comfortable. When it became clear it was time to say goodbye, Dr. Singh’s kindness to my cat and to me was invaluable. Equally as impactful was the excitement the people at SAAC expressed when I adopted a new kitten. I feel extremely comfortable trusting Dr. Singh and the staff at SAAC with the care of my furry family members.

Dr. Singh has been caring for my three cats since July of 2017. In addition to being a first class vet she is also a kind, caring, and compassionate person. She always takes the time to interact with my cats while giving them whatever medical care is needed, and I feel as though she knows them as well as I do. The time Dr. Singh spends with us never feels rushed or hurried and I really appreciate that. My oldest cat (16 yrs old) was diagnosed with intestinal lymphoma two and a half years ago and he has remained active and happy under Dr. Singh’s care. One of the things I have most appreciated about her care of Georgie is that she not only considers the medications he needs, but also his personality and how he is handling the frequent check ups. Dr. Singh is truly one of the best and I am grateful she is our vet. I also have to give a big shout out to all the staff at South Athens. The receptionists are very helpful and are so nice to all the patients and their owners. And you won’t find better LVTs and Veterinary Assistants anywhere. They truly care about every pet that walks through the door. You won’t go wrong if you choose SAAC for your veterinary care!

I moved here from Florida where I had a well established relationship with a vet clinic and I was very worried about trying a new veterinarian. The kindness, professionalism, and respect shown by this veterinary staff for my pets has been nothing short of extraordinary. Yesterday I had to lay to rest my beloved Belle and the staff could not have been more compassionate. This was a decision that created a lot of turmoil for me and the way they handled everything from making the appointment to our leaving the building was truly extraordinary. I'm beyond grateful for their kindness on a very difficult morning. Thank you.

It took me a long time to find a vet in Athens that gave me the homey feel of my vet back home but south Athens animal clinic has exceeded my expectations every time. They take such good care of their patients and owners and have the best staff. I’ve had to call multiple times for my cats to get an appointment urgently and they always find a way to fit me in as soon as they can. They are also reasonably priced which is such a hard find in Athens ! Best vet clinic in Athens by far!

Dr. Singh is the BEST. She's always extremely thoughtful and thorough in her care of our elder pup with cardiac issues (among others), and also kindly coordinates with Woodlands for more specialized scans. She's also always attentive and readily available to advise when our youngest pup has (yet another) GI episode - I think we can all agree that Clover is a hot mess... Last but not least, she spares no effort in making sure our "perfect angel" middle pup stays as in perfect health as her age allows - thank goodness for our Darcy and her gift of being so easy and good! We would be lost without Dr. Singh, and all of the fine staff at SAAC.

I took my pets here because i saw they were AHA and many good reviews. They care about ur pets and want them to be healthy. They even did a follow up. added: I forgot to mention, i move here from WI and it was hard for me to trust vets especially when you been with one for so long and how much you trust the old vet. i did some research and found this place. so i took my first pet here and they take care of them. Now, i got a stray kitten and is fostering it and i took it here. they love the kitten so much and they make sure that it was taken care of. trust them 100%

This is hands down the best vet in Athens. Dr. Singh is our cat’s primary vet and she always takes amazing care of us for a price that doesn’t make you want to curl up and cry. We recently met Dr. Hopkins as well and he was just as outstanding. Every tech, doctor, and secretary at South Athens is so polite and sweet, and you can tell they all care about what they do. They are SO incredibly respectful of the boundaries you, and even your pet, ask for. I was recommended this vet by a friend after being jerked around by several other local places and I seriously need to buy her a bouquet or nice dinner or something because it has truly changed my pet ownership experience to have an establishment care just as much about my boy as I do, and knowing they won’t charge an arm and a leg to help. Can’t recommend them enough, seriously.
