Wonderful experience all around. We recently bought a new home and I arranged for Shep’s to deep clean the carpets in the four bedrooms. They were incredibly prompt in responding to my request. Very reasonably priced. Carpets were immaculate after their work. After the first deep clean, they asked me to keep an eye on one troublesome spot and to call them if the stain reappeared after the carpet had dried. It did, so I called. They came back to the home and re-treated the stain and totally removed it. And they did this for no additional charge. Overall, a great experience working with them. Will definitely contact them if/when I need their help again.

These guys are amazing! We thought we would be replacing all the carpet in the home we had just purchased, but decided we would give cleaning a chance. They came out and took such good care of us! They were polite and took their time, making sure not to leave a mess, track anything in, or damage any furniture. They worked hard on every little stain and every big one and guess what? Shep's Carpet Cleaning just cleaned the carpets at Nuci's Space and did an amazing job! These aren't just your normal carpets either, these carpets get A LOT of traffic from musicians and their equipment. Shep's was able to remove stains that were not removed by the previous company that we used. Impressive! We will definitely be using them in the future. Thanks, guys!
