STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Dishonest business practices. Intentionally installed a cheaper AC unit. So I called Services 1st Pro, and the salesman and I agreed on a 2 1/2-ton AC unit and a brand new furnace. When the team came out, I noticed the AC was much smaller than the 2 1/2-ton they installed two years ago. The installation team told me it was a 2-ton unit, and that’s what they were told the load on the truck. I called Josh, the manager, who talked gibberish until the cow came home. Josh keeps making ridiculous excuses, like my ductwork and electrical system would not be able to handle a 2 1/2-ton unit. After several days of back-and-forth, I agreed to keep the unit at a reduced price because Josh said he could not find a 2 1/2-ton unit. To add insult to injury, the new 2-ton AC unit stopped working last week. Marcus called around 3 pm and said he would arrive in about 35 minutes. Two hours later, he did not show up, text, or call. I spoke with Josh, and here we go: He is making bullshit excuses after another for why Marcus couldn’t come and didn’t text or call. The next day, the tech showed up and informed me that the compressor had stopped working. He called the company, but they could not find a replacement or willing to replace the compressor He got the compressor to work, and I demanded a new compressor. As of writing, there is no brand-new compressor or replacement AC. UPDATE: I’m happy to report that Service 1st Pro replaced my malfunctioning 2-ton AC with a 2 1/2-ton. They also installed one additional intake ductwork at no extra charge. Thank you, Service 1st pro, for doing the right thing. A big shout-out to all the technicians who come out to work on the AC. They are professional, respectful, and dedicated. I will definitely recommend Service 1st Pro.

David L. and his team were absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, David was personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood the issues with the furnace in the attic. What really impressed me was his determination he didn’t stop until he tracked down the leak and figured out the exact solution. David went above and beyond, and his associates were just as professional and courteous. It’s rare to find a technician who is not only skilled but also so dedicated to making sure the customer feels confident and informed. I can’t recommend David and his team highly enough!

Had Isaiah come to the house today for my regular service. He did a thorough job and found a couple of issues. Gave me a quote on the spot for duct work, coil, and blower cleaning, contact replacement. Very informative with plenty of pictures and videos. Decided to go through with the recommendations. He said great, the crew would be here shortly. An hour later, Karl, Homer, and John showed up, took care of everything!! Tremendous work guys!!

This company is totally awesome!!!! My service guy was Byron Davis and he explained everything and what he could do to fix it. They actually care about their clients!! Marcus came back out to finish the repair. He even made a special trip to get a part that was needed. They are so friendly and make you feel safe with them being in you home. I would recommend them to anybody who has HVAC issues!!! Great job guys!!
