We had Salt and Electric out because of a power failure in our garage. It took the guys about 20 minutes to diagnose the issue, which was a generator transfer switch. They had us up and running within the hour. We also had them run power to our shed and installed two LED lights as well as outlets. We are very pleased with the service that we received from JR at Salt & Light Electric. Communication was 100% and the technicians were uniformed and very courteous. I found J.R. when looking for an "Emergency Electrician "! He was recommended by a friend and got out here as quickly as he could. Our breaker box shorted out and burned up so we were completely out of power. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and knew exactly what to do in replacing the entire breaker panel. It took a few hours but J.R. had the lights and heat back on by evening, and we were very grateful to be back to normal! We can't recommend him enough for his kind, professional way of dealing with our issue.
