Called them to ask prices for mounting and balancing tires on a small SUV and they quoted me $100 per tire! That's more then I paid for the tires! "Because its not our tires, but using our equipment" was the reasoning. Seemed like just price gouging to make me go away. The staff on phone was friendly but that price gave me bad vibes about integrity of pricing so I won't seek them out for any future needs!

Customer service is terrible. My wife cracked her rim and after having the rim replaced they failed to do and alignment on the front which then wore the front two tires prematurely. So the car needed two new tires but they made us pay for one of the tires when it was there mistake. Common sense should let them know that if I cracked a rim then you should check the alignment, which is in the contract for free alignments. Never deal with them again. They looked at us like we were stupid.

Had a really good experience! Did the online application and sent my paperwork in before I went to get my tires. Upon arrival the staff greeted me and helped me right away. They installed my tires in about an hour. I signed my paperwork and was on my way. Holden and Yosi really did a great job. They even ducked my jeep!
