I had an excellent experience with service tech Matthew Bayer from Remedy plumbing. He installed a water softener and three toilets. Everything works great. They got out here quick (leaking toilet) assessed the problem, came back the next day and finished the job. Left everything clean and tidy.

Can’t say enough good things about our entire Remedy experience. From our first scheduling call Macy clearly explained process and what to expect on the day of our service call. They got me on the calendar quickly and everything went exactly as promised. Our technician Jay was fantastic. On-time, knowledgeable, and friendly, he was committed to solving the problem. He checked all possible origins of our leak before arriving at an end solution. We were given various different possible fixes and with the information and pictures Jay helped us pick the best option to finish the job. He spent lots of time explaining things and answering questions. I’ve used multiple different local established plumbing companies in the past and will bring all future business to Remedy based on customer service, technician experience and pricing.

I called remedy plumbing and the very next day they sent out a very nice technician and Angelo Rodriguez to assess the job we needed done. He was very polite and thorough answered all of our questions and I'm sure if we had lived closer to the shop the job would have started that day. A crew showed up on Monday, but I noticed that no work begun until Angelo showed up from the warehouse. With the temperature outside as high as it was I applaud Angelo for his hard work. We will continue to use remedy plumbing as long as Angelo Rodriguez is employed there. Angelo was very knowledgeable and polite and included Us in the decisions of what he was doing.

Angelo from Remedy Plumbing was not only kind, patient and understanding, he was knowledgeable, detailed and very professional! I finally have peace of mind and completion on my MB toilet system that it has taken 6 different plumbing companies to charge me ridiculous amounts of money but never fix the unending nightmare that this situation caused. I’m so grateful to Angelo, Mike and support staff at Remedy. They will be finishing all of the other much needed work and reworking of newly installed but not properly installed fixtures and systems. Thanks again for the devotion to your work and seeing this through to completion. Remedy decided without explanation to not work in my project after being assured and re-assured they would take care of me. I believe my plumber Angelo has left and as of earlier this year after repeatedly asking for quotes, I was told they would send the operations manager out to assess what was needed yet again. No mention of Angelo. Remedy has photos on their website leading you to believe they have a large fleet of teams to handle the job. I have had their so called Operations Manager out and he is so young he lacks social intelligence in a given situation as well as there is a newly developed lack of integrity and CRM. I was given a 1 year warranty in my work by Angelo. After being told they would not be doing my job without explanation I informed them I was waiting for the problematic MB toilet to be switched and a new drain placement as it was still leaking. I was told by Mike the sales manager that I should have notified them sooner. Since I have no idea what their problem was and I have multiple rare orphan diseases I am handling as well as rebuilding the house two years in a row with a tree coming down through all the work I put into it tearing up half the top living quarters. I was taken back by the very cool detached change in temperament of the sales manager Mike. I asked very poignant questions to ascertain this change in behavior that clearly wasn’t provoked as I was being told by Mike very kindly that they would take care of me. Then I was told they couldn’t comment and the owner had made the decision. I never received the quotes. I have no idea what the issue was unless it was because I was receiving infusion at home and was in my pj’s. I have no idea. I’ve never spoken with the owner and the decision rested on this very young and what I could ascertain inexperienced individual to have the ability to make such a call. I have had to face a lot of scoundrels in this process but I’ve never had to deal with something like this. I wanted to know how they arrived at this decision so I did not have to go through this again. They refused any requests for help in understanding so that I could avoid whatever happened to make them basically turn on me so quickly based on this young man’s opinion. I’ve had my home destroyed not once but twice two years in a row. I needed a supportive team to work with which is what they told me would happen over six months while awaiting bids. Then to have the preverbal rug pulled out from under me. It was all uncalled for and I was under warranty still for work that had been done yet suddenly treated like yesterday’s garbage. Every cloud has a silver lining. I’ve since found a far better company with multiple master plumbers who are taking care of me.

The entire experience was great!! Mr. Brightwell was very thorough in explaining the problem and what was required to fix it. He corrected the issue and told me what he did (pictures as well). His customer service skills are impeccable! I appreciated his knowledge, kindness, and professionalism.
