From the first call to execution, I’m so thankful and impressed by Remedy Plumbing. Blake was prompt, kind, knowledgeable and understanding. He offered findings, suggestions and opinions. What we thought was a leak, actually led to a larger problem with our water pressure. Both Blake and Zach were amazing and showed/explained things as they did them. We had a leak fixed, water pressure regulator replaced and a new hot water heater. We’re so happy with all they did. Thank you so much for all your help, kindness and customer service!

Remedy Plumbing did an outstanding job for us! We originally needed a broken toilet replaced, but since we also needed chair-height toilets for a disabled family member, they gave us a great deal on replacing both. They installed high-quality Kohler toilets that are so much nicer than the builder-grade ones that came with our house. The team was professional, efficient, and very accommodating to our needs. I had a major plumbing overhaul in May 2025. Remedy Plumbing replaced the outside pipeline at a very reasonable price. As part of that project, their technician also installed two emergency shut-off valves, new boxes with a cover, and water pressure reducers. When a leak occurred on the pipe in October, I called Remedy Plumbing and was very impressed that they came out the same day to repair it. The repair was fully covered under warranty. Highly recommended!

We had Matt come out and quote us for septic tank for possible future use of basement build out. We have no clue of septic tanks since we are from out of state. We were very eager to learn and boy did he give us some education on it. Now we are able to make an informed decision on our future needs. I really didn't want to spend the money I did, but I'm very satisfied. They had to come out twice. Both the guys that came out are very nice and professional. On the first trip out he did the work and seen he could make it better but he didn't have the supplies, he had to order and when they came in he would come out and put that part on for no charge. (I was very grateful). So when it was time the other tech went out of his way to make sure it was done satisfactory. I would recommend these guys anytime. Highly recommend this company. Same day appointment booked with super nice lady by phone. Blake arrived early (with notice), was extremely knowledgeable, and reasonable offerings several options for addressing my issues from the low end to Cadillac package. Pricing was extremely fair and everything was done same day. No mess, no headaches beyond the normal one you already have when you need a plumber. Great experience! This will definitely be my plumber in the future.

My experience was fantastic! Levi installed an automatic toilet and a new vanity with faucet for our powder room renovation. I will share images when we finish the project. It will take me another couple of weekends, but Levi did his part in one day, cleaned up after himself, and worked through barking dogs and kids coming home from school without any concerns. I highly reccomend Levi and Remedy Plumbing if you want it done right.
