Needed a new Heat Pump to Replace my 20 year old unit. Called three top tier rated suppliers in Athens - all three from the top installers in Athens and from the highest rated Heat Pumps as rated by Consumer Reports (Trane/American Standard and Carrier). Reliable's team seemed slightly less knowledgeable about the full system and background than the other teams; their price also came in many thousand higher than the other offerings (approx. seven thousand higher on a 15.2 SEER2 unit) - even considering Trane is a Top Tier brand (and extremely highly rated by Consumer Reports), this is quite a stretch. As with any major purchase, I'd recommend checking a few suppliers.

Jeff serviced our ac units this date. He had to be one of the most polite young man that has ever come to our house. He apologized the very first time he came to the door for the late arrival. As always, I escorted all service technicians around my home when they perform service. Jeff, remained as polite as could be asking permission before he started his functions. Cordial, neat and knowledgeable is how I would describe Jeff. I would hope that his supervisor recognizes he has an excellent employee under his command.
