These guys were on the spot with customer service, speed, work ethic, and the price was unmatched. Walmart oil change screwed up my oil pan and I was told I needed another. These guys fixed the issue and no new oil pan was needed. If I need a mechanic, I know who I'll be calling from now on

I get that some people get busy and can't get back to someone but a simple, "sorry I can't fix your vehicle at the moment" instead of being left on read would be nice. If you have time to open a message you have time to respond to the message. Reply to owner: I would have set up a appointment if that was your preferred way of doing business but I had a question if you could fix a motorcycle but I wanted to be sure before I set one up so I took it as that you didn't when you didn't respond. My car needs brakes so I just asked for a simple price quote and no response once again. You should Change your voice-mail because it does say text me for a quicker response. It doesn't make much sense that you won't respond to my texts with a simple one sentence Reply but you'll write me a paragraph response to my review.
