The person working night shift was not at the window and didnt respond to the button being pushed, had the shades down, and ignored 4-5 customers. We all saw her hiding at the counter. When I called the store THEN she shows up to the window. Look at the cameras around 10:25pm-10:35pm on August 20th 2025. Honestly WORST experience ever. Go to Quick Trip, they're worth a damn

Not a place to wear a motorcycle helmet. This is the only store to ever give me an issue about my helmet, and it's always one very wide guy named, Nick. I don't like that Nick targets me, I don't like that he swaps places with whoever is behind the counter just so he can interact with me, and I don't like that he goes out of his way to make me remove my helmet, despite being a regular customer with a legal ID. Got banned for a year for calling Nick a ππ after finishing up my last checkout, which is when I found out that he's a manager. 10/10

If you're unlucky enough to show up at one of the random times that this place is locked up (today it was 10:00 p.m.?!) because this company can't pay their people well enough and in turn have enough of them on staff to not have to close the doors from time to time, just down the street is a QuikTrip that is cleaner, better stocked, with friendlier staff (because they're they're paid well enough to want to be there) and ALWAYS open.

Happy with everything here but the gas prices. It is just an absolute shame that gas should be twice as much when it doesn't have to be. If inflation wasn't bad enough every week everybody gets to pay an exorbitant amount for gas. It's just ridiculous!

Customer service sucks . I had to come that way for business. I Had 3 tickets and stopped at the store use my tickets to get My items come to find out the male who checked me out either didn't scan all of My tickets or he pocket my ticket i didn't realize until I got half way down the road and traffic was so bad from the part of Athens I was just ready to get home. They won't answer the phone never again I feel like I was sacammed and that's the reason he kept trying to talk to distract me from the fact he did something wrong but I guess I got to take the lost never again.

Girl at register rather sit on her phone then help customers out then when i asked her about cigarettes she get an attitude. Very unprofessional and she should be fired. A person like that needs a warehouse job

Been going really down hill. Never open. Staff is rude. Aside from a few Watched a woman say the complete wrong gas pump at the register, and then her and an employee went outside to attack the man that accidentally pumped her gas thinking he had payed . Then watched them treat him like he was disgusting when he came inside to buy her some gas after the confusion. Really weird way to handle that situation, considering the woman admitted to saying the wrong pump. Giving up on using this racetrack.

Iβm not sure why I keep going here instead of QT. Bathroom always closed itβs 11:00 pm. Walk in 2 people behind counter one has uniform on one looks like she is ready for bed. She is picking her teeth and sucking on a straw salvia coming out her mouth when flicking stuff from her teeth now she goes over to ice cream area where the toppings are and is still digging in her teeth. Spit going everywhere disgusting π€’ outside is dirty as usual u know race track slid down hill years ago then came back when QT came to town now itβs going to crap again. I believe I will post on social media. See what everyoneβs options is

Definitely not friendly. I wanted to buy breakfast around 5:35 AM and they wouldnβt sell me any of the hot bar food until they opened who knows how long until they opened the inside to the public. I really needed breakfast since I work 10 hour shifts Monday-Friday. One of the people who work there was sitting in her car vaping. All I wanted was a sandwich and a water. But oh well I guess
