This morning I went in to purchase a cup of coffee for myself and my mother. A Hispanic patron and his daughter were also present. The employee greeted the Hispanic patron in Spanish while I went to the self checkout, the cashier spoke to the patron in Spanish and the patron continued to respond in English. The issue is that although I’m a Race Trac customer as well I was never greeted after he completed the transaction. While checking out, I listened to the conversation, because I too speak Spanish ( they exchanged simple morning pleasantries). A white lady came up and headed to the doughnut section, she was properly greeted and acknowledged with a brief conversation about her buying doughnuts for her kids. The cashier even shared with her about him having diabetes. Upon exiting, he never acknowledged my presence. Moving forward, I will be patronizing Quick Trip for a gas and my daily coffee purchases! Moving forward I encourage people of color to go elsewhere to avoid not being valued as a patron and acknowledged where you spend your money! A one star is being courteous, it deserves a zero.

it's a fire code violation to lock a door of egress while the business is occupied. You cannot lock the side door from the inside while customers are inside. Edit 8/12: found the side door locked again this morning. Still illegal. But you know who has friendly staff, is always open , never locks their customers in or out of the store and always has receipt paper in the pumps? The QuikTrip a mile down the road. You should go there instead of here. If you guys are having trouble staffing properly maybe you should look into what they're doing.

The guy behind the counter at around 1:30 today made a weird comment about watching out for my friend paying for my Monster Energy drink because "you never know what could happen." He went out of his way to engage with me. I would rather not have the cashiers make date rape jokes at me when I use a convenience store and I can't think of literally anything else he could possibly be referencing with that.

It's marked as 24 hours on google but i don't think it actually is. Tried to get an energy drink and a candy bar at 1am last night because ya boy was going through it but all the doors were locked and the lady inside was doing cleaning of some sort. I don't blame yall for not being open 24/7 but you need to change your google hours if that's the case. Bathrooms always clean though.

The only 24 hour gas station I know of that isn't actually open 24 hours. There is an equal chance of it being closed at any random hour on any given evening, and the inconsistency in hours of operation has been a problem for at least the last year. Please just change the listed hours and provide an honest schedule!

Here I am in the middle of athens at 10pm and the store is closed. If you need anything other than gas just go to QT they don't close the inside because it's a true 24hr store unlike this wasted space

they need to learn how to hire people overnight instead of closing everyday at 9 or 10pm or they can only get gas after a certain time. like we come here bc it’s SUPPOSED TO be 24 hours
