Joseph is the rudest employee I have EVER encountered in a store. After standing at the pizza counter for a long time, he finally asked me what I needed. I told him that I wanted to order a pizza, and he rudely said "you need to pay for it first." I went and paid for it, and came back and stood at the counter for another long period of time (he wasn't waiting on anyone, just ignoring me). I finally asked him if I could order now, and he said "what do you want?", so I told him a pepperoni pizza. He didn't respond at all, so I assumed that he would begin making it. I turned around and was talking to my children, and when I turned back towards the counter I saw a pizza box laying there(he never told me it was ready or anything). I asked him if it was mine, and he wouldn't respond. I finally said "sir can you please answer me????", and he then said "yes its yours." I told him it would have been nice if he could have told me, and his response was "well it would have been nice if you told me what kind before you paid!" Remind you, HE WOULDNT LET ME ORDER WHEN I ASKED HIM IF I COULD ORDER. HE RUDELY TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY FIRST. When I reminded him of that, he began to argue. I asked other employees who the manager was and sadly, they said the manager was JOSEPH.....THE RUDEST GUY IN THE STORE. HE CANT HANDLE A BASIC PIZZA ORDER, MUCH LESS A STORE!!!

Had a great experience going in. Went in on Thursday morning, their mornings must be the busiest as there were A LOT of customers inside. One associate seemed to be overwhelmed, which I can understand. The other associate, Joseph, was very proficient. He seemed like he could easily handle long lines. Had great customer service and was very sociable. The bathroom was immaculate, the breakfast pizza and French toast sticks are amazing, and the coffee was good. I wish that the coffee area were bigger as it had a lot of traffic, but that’s not on Racetrac. Would recommend.

Why is it that everytime i try to go to racetrack that are in athens ga, none of them are ever open 24 hrs like they are supoose to be. Even though they maybe only have one employee they should be still able to take customers with the fact they have a overnight window for safety. Yet I have seen at times multiple employees in the store with the doors locked saying they are closed. When you call they say their open then just hide in the back or lie about being the only person their. If these places aren't gonna stay open 24hrs no matter what day of the year it is then don't say advertise that you're open. Just wasting company money to pay someone who's sitting on their butt along with wasting customers time and then losing the sales they would be making. This company needs someone to come down to the athens ga stores and get the employees to do better. Racetrack needs to do better in order to bring in better employees that will care about the place. If you take good care of those working for you then you'll retain the staff you need

Tired of going here. And can never get a receipt at pump on truck fuel pumps. Spend 400.00 a day on fuel. Then walk in store 4 workers. One on register. Line of 6 people. Off duty employee wants to stand up at register and BS with the other employee that’s working. Ask for receipt. He says he has to do another transaction. Back to fueling at Circle K
