Kumar is such a kind man and is truly the best there is! I spilled dark brown nail polish all over my favorite sweatshirt, and despite my best efforts in trying to remove the stains myself with at-home sprays and washing it, the nail polish wouldn't budge. I called several dry cleaners in Athens, and all of them told me they don't even attempt to remove nail polish stains. I called Quality Dry Cleaners, and they were happy to do everything they could to get the stain out. I brought it in the next morning (a Tuesday), and Kumar was so incredibly kind and helpful. He told me it would be ready on Friday, but he got the stains out and made it look brand new by WEDNESDAY MORNING! The price was very reasonable and obviously worth it. I recommend this place to everyone who needs professional help with stain removal and all dry cleaning needs! Thanks so much, Kumar! :)

I brought their team a piece of clothing that had stains that other dry cleaners could not get out. Wedding dress/ wedding veil: ALTERATIONS, CLEANING and PRESERVATION all done at quality dry cleaners they are truly the best!!! My wedding dress ripped at the skirt and it needed to be cleaned it was filthy at the hem!!! I dropped off my wedding dress and when I picked it up it looked BRAND NEW!!! They do an amazing job at ALTERATIONS & restoring it back to new with washing and removing all stains …….after they completed that they Preserved it for me. I had my veil, wedding dress also my flower girls dress cleaned alterations to fix issues and then preserving it. All stored in one huge box with a Velcro cover that opens to show what’s inside the box the quality was amazing and they did it soo fast I have zero complaints it was all done to perfection.

Had my wedding dress steamed. It just given to me and the lady didn’t even handle it cautiously. She just tossed it over the little door. Get home and I notice a pen mark right on the sleeve… and still had wrinkles. Won’t use again. Nice customer service though.

Quality Dry Cleaners is always phenomenal. I work in food service, and the clothes I bring to get cleaned are usually really dirty. There hasn’t been a stain they couldn’t clean. They also have cleaned some of my blankets & a dog bed. All of the items I have brought to them have been given back to me in perfect condition & completely clean. The owner and his family are great, and the female employee who works there is so nice and professional. Prices are never outrageous either. As long as I’ll be in Athens, I’ll be coming to this dry cleaners! (Only picture I had is of the pants I recently got done)

I called ahead to see if I could get 2 pairs of pants and a dress pressed as well as suit jacket. Needed for funeral and I was told yes on phone. When it was my turn to counter the owner asked me when did I need I said Monday morning he told me NO ,Tuesday. I tried to explain I only needed them pressed that I was burying my mother on Tuesday out of town. Probably wouldn't have bothered me except the girl in front of me he took her items to be dry cleaned and told her Friday for pick up. But she was in "system" and I was not. He was very rude and made my day even more terrible than it already was. Plus he was yelling at the new young lady behind counter. Perhaps I don't matter as a client to him but I will never grace his doorstep again and will spread the word about his awful customer service.
