I had the pleasure of meeting Danny at Pro Transmutation on March 2025 because I had a 1992 jeep Comanche with unknown transmission problems. They checked it out analyzing and finding the multiple problems then contacted me with a detailed explanation and estimate of what the problems could cost . I agreed to it within 3 days it was determined that a few more problems were found we discussed the cost agreed then the next day it was ready for pickup. They were exact fast and extremely fair in the price. They kept me informed and did exactly what was done on the cost sheet. My truck is fixed runs excellent I could not be happier! This truck because of its age and problems was not an easy fix but they did a most professional job! I recommend these professionals they do exactly what they said Promises made Promises kept! They now have a customer for a long time! You won’t go wrong using these services! Job well done!

Danny went above and beyond — not just in managing the actual repairs, but in providing honest guidance throughout. I came in expecting to spend more on a full round of services, and instead, Danny walked me through what was actually necessary and what could wait. That kind of integrity is rare and deeply appreciated. April met me first thing in the morning for my drop-off and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Alex and the rest of the crew were great — respectful, efficient, and thorough in their inspection and service. But where they really went above and beyond was at pickup. I rode my motorcycle to the shop thinking I’d load it into the truck bed and head out — except I forgot my straps and ramp. I was standing there, feeling pretty defeated, when the whole shop stepped in without hesitation. They helped me safely load the bike and Danny even found some straps to lend me. That gesture alone speaks volumes about their character. The work itself was solid — fluid services, belt replacement, oil change, and diagnostics all done right and at fair pricing. Even though I declined some additional suspension work for now, Danny didn't push the sale. Instead, he encouraged me to source the lift parts if that’s the route I want to go, and said they'd be happy to help once I'm ready. Brought in my 2016 F150 for a water pump issue. Danny was very attentive to my concern. Alex, his mechanic, pointed out a few other issues he found after going over the truck. Danny called and recommended to fix them while it was at the shop. I know it needed some work so, I told him go ahead and fix what was needed. They did and outstanding job and I will be going back for my regular maintenance on the truck. They were all very polite, very knowledgeable about my issue and will recommended family and friends. Fantastic experience. I brought my K5 Blazer in to diagnose what I thought might be a transmission issue. The team at Pro transmission were able to determine it was actually a very minor hydraulics issue. Out the door, extremely quickly. Best of all, it was significantly less expensive than I expected, even for the diagnostics. I hope I don’t need any transmission work anytime soon…but if I do, I 100% know where I’m going. Thanks guys, keep up the great work!!

So far I have had 2 great experiences with Pro Transmissions! Both times, there were some pretty severe and dangerous issues going on with my car, and both times, they were able to diagnose the problems quickly and clearly. They've done an amazing job each time of explaining the situation in a clear and understanding manner, and have been very professional and kind in moments that were stressful for me. I also appreciate the transparency that they use when discussing and diagnosing problems, I have never felt like I'm being upsold or lied to.
