Well hello everyone. Please avoid this place at all cost. I have a 2021 ford mustang GT. I was in a rushed and came to this place because I needed two rear tires that was damaged from an alignment issue. The manager told me he could help me and they had my size tires in stock. As the manager and his coworkers got my tires off my wheel. They began putting the new tires on the wheels. After the manger got one tire on the wheel. He ran into a problem. He advised the wheels did not fit his machine. At this time he have already put the wheel and tire on. After the manger tried tacking the new tire off my wheel. He found out he couldn’t. The manger then used a saw to cut the tire. The manger then realized the saw wasn’t going to work. He then began cutting the tire with a knife. The manger and his coworker, then team up to take the tire of the wheel. After successfully doing so the manger then put my old tire back on and told me he couldn’t complete the task. The entire time I was watching them complete the work. Once they put my old tire and wheels back on. The wheel hade severe damage done to it. My next step will be to get a quote from a body shop and the complete a civil lawsuit the company. Just an update I see a lot of people are experiencing bad experiences from these people. If they damage you car. You can visit Athens Clarke County Courthouse. And file a civil lawsuit against the company. I just completed mines. There is a $100 fee you have to pay. But when you actually go to court, the judge will ask you if you want your money back. I gave the owners 1 month to make ends meet. He was trying to low ball me to fix the damage for $200. I got a body shop to give me a quote which came out to $400. The owners also tried to get me to come back to the shop so he can fix the damage. But I told him no. Because your company is the one who did the damage.

Bought a used tire from these guys. Had great tread life left on it. $40! Waiting room had A/C & nice lounge couches. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Customer service was A+. Highly recommend this business. I'll be going back soon enough.

I went here initially to get a tire plugged. After they inspected the tire, they said it needed to be patched. I asked how much that was and the guy said $30. I said nevermind. I'll go to the other guy I spoke to who said he'd do it for $25. They said they'd do it for $25. I said ok to this. They patched the tire and I paid them only to go out and see that the tire was still leaking at the spot that they had just patched. I called the guy over and showed it to him and he went and got his boss. The took the tire off and put a plug into the leak. I said I'd go somewhere else because I believe in people's freedom to charge whatever they want but if you offer to adjust your price, that doesn't mean you should slack in the quality of your work and your level of customer service. The guy was rude when I paid. I asked how much was the fee to pay with a card and he got snippy and said you agreed to $25 right? To this, I said y'all said y'all charge a fee to use a card so I'm needing to know that. The plug was a quick fix to the issue of the tire still leaking after repair. It wasn't the proper fix but I won't be on that tire much longer. I was going to purchase a new set from them but I'll take that business elsewhere as well.

These people 4got to put the lug nuts on my car. The tire almost came off while I was driving. I had to call for a wrecker. All the Owner would said was I can give you is a 50% off on your next purchase of tires. I could have DIED yall..

Shouldn’t even give them 1 star. I Was doing my mom’s brakes and broke lugnut off. Got to looking around at other lugnuts and 4 out of 5 lug nuts were cross threaded. This is poor workmanship. Called them today they remembered who and wat car it was. and they told me they weren’t responsible for it. Well I guess we will see u in court. I’m in the hvac industry and if I didn’t do something correctly, u best believe my customer would call me and I’d go fix it no questions asked. Customers are #1. Will not be back. Horrible experience!!!!!

So, I get it, these are used tires to save a buck but I watched the guy fail to torque a single lug nut, put the tires in the wrong wheels and to top it all off when I drove to work the next day (after torquing my own lug nuts to spec) the car wobbled worse with than ever. I took it to reputable shop and as I suspected 2 of the tires weren't balanced correctly, if at all. I had a 30 day "warranty" with prime tire, but seeing the poor service with my own eyes I decided to pass go to a guy I trust. Sad, 10 extra minutes of real work and I would have given them 5 stars.

IF I COULD GIVE A 0 I would ! Sold me two bad tires ! Terrible customer service ! Bad smell in shop ! Slow ! I could go on & on ! 0/10 I don’t recommend! Don’t GO HERE ONLY GO HERE if you want a bad dry rotted tire , they have all the dry rotted tires you want ! Oh & they gave themselves 5 stars !!!!! Trust New REVIEW 10/18/2024 First of all learn how to spell secondly, my son‘s father who you are calling a baby daddy doesn’t even drive my car we’re not together smart ass and secondly Everybody is saying the exact same thing you deserve zero stars like everyone is saying you have more bad reviews than anything, I can’t even put your sentence in complete because you clearly don’t know how to spell like I said terrible customer service, terrible workers and liars. All y’all do is clearly get over on people from the reviews so go through all of your reviews and tell them the same thing . Yall won’t last long . Court in process 😊
