YOU WON’T FIND A BETTER COMPANY TO WORK WITH FOR THE SERVICES THEY OFFER! Nothing beats a small family owned business and that’s what you get from Mark and Toni and their family. I have been a property manager for the better part of 12 years and have used Premier Carpet and Duct Cleaning for all of those years on our rental properties and even in our personal home for all kinds of carpet disasters. They have helped us with getting carpets clean and deodorized. We’ve also used their ozone machine to help with funky smells over the years in rental properties. In the more recent months, we have been using them more and more for dryer duct cleaning. I was happy to learn that they now offer mold remediation services as well. I would highly recommend Premier Carpet and Duct Cleaning and all of the different services they offer, you won’t be disappointed. Shane, Randy or Bailey, any of them that show up will do an excellent job for you. I wish I could give them another 5 stars!

The equipment used, combined with the skill of the two-man team, Shane and Bailey, equals a whole lot of junk removed from my ducts. I have a migraine condition and the product they used to treat the ducts, did not set off a migraine. This is a big deal. I found myself impressed because the outside of the vacuum hose didn't leave debris and dust In the areas surrounding the vents and the walking path to them. It's this attention to detail that makes a difference. The choice to deliver excellence is why they've kept the outside of the hose clean. We've been in our house less than a year. I noticed that something about my clean, dried laundry smelled off sometimes. I didn't know why. I must have looked like the actors in the Gain commercial, sniffing my clean, dry laundry after Premier Carpet and Duct Cleaning, serviced the dryer duct.

Excellent on-time, thorough air and dryer duct cleaning services provided by Shane. Advance call, courteous, friendly and meticulous (down to vacuuming for any residual dust/debris). He explained the process to us and volunteered to change our air filters for us, which was a blessing. Love the above and beyond, extra care. But beyond the superb service received, I want anyone reading this to know why I selected Premier. It was completely an INTEGRITY decision. When I was referred to them in 2022 for air duct cleaning, I called and spoke with Mark Burns. When he learned my house was still new, he said he’d be happy to schedule the service, but because our house was still new, he said we probably didn’t need it yet. He suggested the service be considered every three to five years. That kind of integrity and selflessness – putting the client’s best interest before money ad profit - are rare, and they go a long way with me. BEYOND IMPRESSIVE! I kept the contact info for Premier and circled back to them this year. As an added bonus, their prices had not changed much in two years. I’m a fan and will be calling Premier again for carpet cleaning. Thank you, Mark and the Premier team, for your care and commitment to excellence!

I was having issues with my dryer running but not drying which a technician from another business came to work on. He said that most likely the duct work needed cleaning. He recommended Mark from Premier Carpet & Duct Cleaning. Mark was able to come the very next day (which I appreciated since washing clothes is a pretty critical thing!) & he said the duct work was completely full of lint. He used his machine to clean out the duct work behind the dryer & under the house. Mark even had to replace some of the duct work & charged me the original price he quoted me on the phone. He was thorough, professional & reasonable. Now I know who to call when I need to get my carpet cleaned! Thank you Mark for making it possible for us to not have to buy a new dryer!
