My patio was filled with red clay. I was told not to pressure wash it Because it is a fairly new patio and hard pressure washing it is not good for the concrete. Someone gave me Platinum Softwash number. John the owner came out gave me a very fair price. We scheduled the appointment and I couldn't be happier. The patio looks awesome. A few days after he washed the patio I was able to seal it. John did a great job. He is coming back in the spring to wash my roof and house next. If your roof looks faded, there is a reason for it and John can take care of it. Totally recommend having your patio, house soft-washed! Photos below. The last two are after the seal was applied.
