I came in to get an exhaust pipe repaired. He identified the location of the issue straightaway and got it fixed within the day. Pete was very easy to deal with over text and very responsive to the messages. I like the fact that he checked with me about each issue he identified and gave me a price before he went ahead with the repair only when I was good for it (i.e. no BS and hidden fee to deal with). I can easily recommend to anyone who asks about a mechanic.

Pete’s Mobile is the real deal. My Tacoma had two misfires on my 3 and 5 I tried going to a big repair shop unfortunately they wouldn’t be able to take care of it there. Had to wait a week before they can even try to repair. So I looked around and Pete’s mobile came up so I texted got a response and within 24 hr my truck was up and running smooth Pete made sure that my truck was running before I even left his place. Pete has saved my life twice now. The 1st time when my car broke down from a failed starter, which he offered to pickup himself for replacement. And again today when my car lid was mysteriously jammed shut. Both times he came to me, really helpful to avoid unwanted tow charges. Efficient & affordable!

I was having issues with my engine and needed to get my spark plugs replaced. I already had a diagnostic ran on it and gave him the codes when I brought the car. He messaged me after and said the service would be over $800; $200 for labor and $600 for parts. The parts bought from a dealership were only $330 so I denied the service and when I came to get my car back, he said that I owed him almost $200 for a diagnostic. I had already given him the codes and the diagnostic I had run was free (as it is most places). He is scamming college students for both part prices and diagnostic prices. Do not come here, take your services elsewhere.

Lack of communication skills when it came time to pick up my car, a job around $850 ended up being over $1600 because of the new issues he found that he didn't tell me about until I asked him about when my car would be ready. Interrupts you when you speak, talks down to you, and rude. He cussed me out after I did the same concerning his condescending tone, and just texted me that he hopes no one helps me. Not everyone who has a skill needs to work for themselves.

Pete was a life saver. My car battery died in the morning of the day I was supposed to leave town. I managed to get a jump to drive to O'Reilly's and get a battery but they wouldn't install it because of the filter housing sitting on top of the battery in my car. As I was about to leave dismayed about where to get a new battery on the Saturday before Christmas, I ran into Pete who had it changed practically before I finished paying for the battery inside! He was nice and knowledgeable and I really appreciate being in the right place at the right time!
