you guys absolutely suck for what you do to the ferret here. all pet stores suck but yall should be better. the poor thing is sliding around in it’s own poop and pee and looking in obvious distress. not to mention giving it a water bottle to drink out of like it’s a rodent when it SHOULD have a bowl. if you knew ANYTHING about ferrets at all, you’d know that water bottles mess up their teeth and restrict them from getting sufficient water. AND promoting products that have been proven to make ferrets sick. yall don’t actually give a damn about animals and are clearly using them to make money and it’s absolutely sick and every single person who works there should be ashamed and embarrassed.

The absolute best!! Such an amazing staff. We came in there to bathe my dog and he ended up choking on a treat. The staff here was amazing to help us get it out!! So grateful for them.

The employees and groomers are the best. Love the constant flow of cupons offered. I only wish they carried my dog's prescription diet. They don't have a vet on premises, so they legally can't have prescription pet foods.

Every single time I come I have to wait for the baths. They are never cleaned. No one checks until someone says something. It is very frustrating. I do like the shower heads. And the dryers. It’s nice that she doesn’t have to leave wet! But please have the staff round more frequently. If this doesn’t improve will be finding somewhere else. They have baked treats my dog isn’t allergic to.

My wife and I always bring our dog here for nail trims and baths and they always do a great job!! I will say though, it's not like Petsmart in the grooming department layout. I can't see my dog while she's in the back and that makes me nervous just because so many dog grooming places are known to not be very nice to the dogs when their owners aren't around :') but so far that hasn't been the case here and it hasn't been an issue and the people have been super nice! I love their selection of dog toys as well lol we always leave with something! Thanks for all you guys do for the Athens community's pets! 🫶🏻

It was my first time here and I absolutely loved it!!! All of their fish tanks were clean and taken care of. I only came because I saw they were having a sale on fish and I didn't see a single dead fish in any tanks. I got a variety of fish and the guy who packed the fish for me was very patient with me on telling him all the multiple fish that I wanted. I will definitely be going back. I also got a betta fish from here and he is so healthy and gorgeous. None of my fish have passed away at all since I bought them from here. They had hermit crabs, lizards, snakes, fish, isopods, springtails, tarantulas and even am adorable ferret. They had s lot of aquarium supplies on sale also that time I went amd I grabbed a lot

I have been a regular customer at this franchise for some time, but my most recent visit was very disappointing. Upon arriving, there was no greeting, and when I did interact with an employee, the conversation quickly became uncomfortable. The employee made several unsolicited and inaccurate assumptions about my pet's needs without asking for any details or engaging with us in a meaningful way. Additionally, I was informed that the community area is only for training purposes, which was never clearly communicated to me in the past. This lack of communication about store policies was frustrating and added to the negative experience. The interaction ended on a dismissive note, leaving me feeling disrespected and frustrated. I hope that the company can review its customer service practices and better communicate its policies in the future. Based on this experience, I am uncertain about continuing to shop here.
