We love Pawtropolis Westside! The staff is always so warm & welcoming. We had bad experiences at prior boarding/daycare facilities & Pawtropolis really helped ease that anxiety. I love that the majority of the staff has been there for an extended time period vs. high turnover like other facilities. Our pups are older & can be a bit difficult at times, but the staff is always so supportive & patient with them. They offer so many options to really customize your pets experience which I absolutely love. I highly recommend Pawtropolis for your furbabies.

Absolutely floored. The amount of energy and kindness these people had with my dog, and I, after spending their hours keeping multiple dogs is remarkable. From the front desk, to every employee I came in contact with, I was so impressed. Everyone treated my dog as if he was theirs. He has been sleeping ever since we got back home and mom loves that! Deacon is my family and I am overwhelmed with gratefulness that the staff at Pawtropolis Westside feels the same about my puppy. Recommend 100%, 14/10, and worth every dime knowing my dog is safe, cared for, and LOVED when I am not around. Home away from home for Deacon! Thanks so much to the staff❤️

We got our puppy from here. They were extremely thorough and friendly with the whole adoption process. They even came a long way to make sure our house was suitable for the dog we were adopting. We love our puppy Linus. We have been back a couple times and everytime has been great. Even a free microchip and neuter.

We have an older cranky dog and a very needy 6 year old one. They loved on both of them while we were gone and took excellent care. They didn't seem as anxious as they were when we picked them up from another boarding facility in the past. I really enjoyed their written daily reports as well. I visit pawtropolis for the self bathing rooms they have available. It is perfect for me as I have two large dogs. We get to use a full sized room and we have it all to ourselves so I can easily wrangle and wrestle with them until they are finally clean. I bring my own shampoo and conditioner to use however it is also provided- just heavily diluted. It is easy to use and they clean up the fur tornadoes once you are done. Oh! They also have waterproof aprons for those of you out there that have dogs like mine- they are bent on making sure you get a bath to!
