Top tier facility and wonderful customer service! We did a playgroup evaluation and I was so impressed from the first phone call to picking her up. This is the first time I’ve picked up my dog from a daycare and didn’t immediately “smell” her or felt like she needed a bath, I just assumed it was normal. She was spotless and smelling fresh when I picked her up! Dog runs were very clean, staff were attentive, tons of space for dogs to relax or play. Night and day from another overcrowded facility we used in Atlanta that only separated dogs by size in crowded runs. I enjoyed watching her gently play with other dogs of similar size and energy and appreciated that they were well monitored by caring staff. Upon check out, I got lots of great feedback about how she did and information for future reservations. Juno enjoyed getting pets and treats from staff on the way out. It was very sweet of them to chat and hang out with us a bit before we took off. Goody bag and coupons were a very nice touch as well.

My dog started going to daycare at Pawtropolis a couple months ago and absolutely loves it. The staff takes amazing care of him and his pup friends. My dog gets excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot and it is evident the staff truly cares about the dogs.

The service is always friendly. The team.is dedicated and treat our dog as part of their own family. When we leave our Lady Gurley with them we are sure whe will be loved on, she will have a great time and be taken care of as if she were at home.

My pup, Downtown, is a little shy and wasn't sure about daycare at first, but the people at Pawtropolis have taken so much extra care and time to ensure he feels loved, safe, and comfortable. He is absolutely loving daycare now, and it is so nice to know that he's in such great hands while he's there!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Pawtrop Eastside. Our goldendoodle, Rosie, completed their puppy program over a year ago. She has continued going to daycare a couple times a week and sleepovers when we go out of town. Most recently, she had a sleepover while we were on vacation. I received a call from Ansley first thing one morning that Rosie was limping and her back left leg was swollen. The wonderful staff took her to her vet for treatment and managed to help get her on the mend before we arrived back from our trip. We are so grateful for the love and care Rosie has received! A big thank you to all of the wonderful staff. Pawtrop for life!

I just recently brought my dog for her Playgroup Evaluation and even before bringing her in person, I can safely say I was thoroughly impressed with Pawtropolis! As someone who has worked for years in daycare/boarding facilities and seen their fair share of the good, the bad, and the ugly, this place really sets the bar so high! I admire their attention to detail, transparency, positive attitudes, and clean environment. You can tell just how much thought and effort has been put into this business by the fact that they answer most owner's questions before even being asked through their easy to use and informative website and registration process. I could already tell that my dog (who is normally quite timid in new environments without me around) felt so comfortable as soon as we walked in compared to other places I have taken her. I hold so much confidence in leaving my dog in their care and look forward to bringing her back for more playdates (and I think she does too)!

A wonderfully run doggy daycare and boarding facility! They work hard to ensure that every pup (or cat!) is given the best stay possible. I bring my nervous girl here and with every stay she's improved at least a little bit! The attention to detail is phenomenal and genuine care for the animals is lovely. We've been taking our dog here for 6 years and love it so much. It's a bit pricey but very worth it for the quality of care. They offer doggy day care (which is great for socializing puppies) and boarding, and separate the dogs by size and energy level, to protect the tiny or elder pups. There are lots of activities for them, and you can tune in to check on them while you're gone via their cameras. The staff are awesome. We were in Atlanta last weekend and they noticed that it was our dog's birthday, so they gave her a doggy ice cream and this pink elephant toy, which she is crazy about. I know we've been going there for a long time, but I was still super impressed by their generosity! Our dog loves them.

Pawtropolis has been amazing for both me and my dog. I can travel and board him or put him in daycare when I have a busy work day. I know he is well cared for while he is there, so I do not have to worry. All of the workers are incredible. They remember my dog when he walks in. They are well staffed and keep the dogs and facilities clean. I've used several similar facilities for my dog while I've lived in multiple states and this is by far the best I've experienced. Highly recommend!
