Such a fantastic experience. I had an appointment with a different company and they canceled on me last minute. I did a Google search and found Patriot, they sent someone over in an hour. They were in contact with me the whole time, letting me know who was coming, he called to let me know he was on his way, which is very nice. He came in and found the problem and fixed it right away. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the situation. I am very grateful they work fast and efficiently. I will definitely call them back for any other needs that may arise.

I’ve had the pleasure to have Patriot out at my house the past 2 days. They installed a mini split for my master bedroom and replaced my pricey to run Goodman with a high efficiency Trane Multispeed! I will say both outdoor units are extremely quiet. My bedroom is ice cold and the rest of the house feels better than ever. Ken made me feel very comfortable with my purchase and walked me through the process. This was a huge purchase for me and he made it as easy as possible and answered all of my questions. Tyler and Joey came to do the install. They were both very professional and courteous of my home. They cleaned up afterwards very well. You couldn’t even tell they were here!! 1000 times thank you Patriot! Your team is a great mixture of quality and price. If anyone in the Jackson county or surrounding areas I would highly recommend Patriot heating and cooling for any and all HVAC needs!

When my heat pump needed replacement, I got prices from several local companies. All recommended the same unit, though the prices "installed" ranged by $5,000. I chose Patriot NOT because their price was mid-range, but because from the first phone call with Ken Edge, through the signed agreement (including them helping me access interest-free financing!) they were responsive to my every question and concern. I could even text Ken and receive a reply on any detail in record time! I got a prompt installation date and Tyler & Brennan arrived on time, worked efficiently and were respectful of my home & property throughout. Ken made sure all my concerns were addressed - including help with thermostat settings & getting Brennan over the day after install to configure a "hat" to protect the drain line egress! Fast forward to June. Temps in the 90's and inside my nice cool house water began leaking from the ceiling in the master bath (directly under the attic air handler). A quick phone call and Brennan arrived within the hour to do some "first aid" so I'd still have A.C. He explained that the emergency shutoff didn't work when a drain line clogged, causing the pan to overflow. Tina in the office, who mans the 24 hour emergency call line stayed on top of coordinating, and a repair time was quickly scheduled. Tyler & Ken showed up for the real fix with a portable AC unit to run while the re-leveled the unit and pan and added additional emergency shutoffs. Ken promised that Patriot would repair the damage to the bathroom "like it never happened". Enter next, Kenny - who assessed, dried things out, did the demolition, remediation and repair of all that got soaked (a lot more than first anticipated!) He did an awesome job, even taking great care to protect my flooring as trash was hauled out and sheetrock brought in. All in all Patriot is Great! No hesitation from me in saying they do good work at a fair price and they stand behind their promises! I'd hire them again.

I'm so impressed with these guys! First Ken came out, found the problem, told me all options, and broke everything down for me to easily understand what I was getting. Today, Joey and Eli came out and did the install on my new system and they were great, super friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. I will be telling everyone about them from here on out! PS My house is cool again!!
