Pamela and her crew were phenomenal. I had taken over the lease on an apartment that had previously housed a husky and multiple short-term tenants. Needless to say, it was well overdue for a clean beyond what I was capable of! Not only did Pamela keep me updated as to the quote (which understandably had to be revised given the amount of dog hair ground into my carpets), she was professional and courteous throughout. I came home from a long day at the hospital to a house that smelled wonderful and looked fantastic. Phenomenal service. Would recommend without reservation.

Pamela is superwoman!!!! Literally, she cleans my home and office! I first interacted with Pamela when I called her to do my post-construction cleanup for a 5700 sq.ft. building. The clean was last minute and she got it done within the timeframe I gave her. I was beyond stressed because it was not done right by the original contractors. Pamela saved me!! I really appreciate being able to do business with this company. Economically, Pamela's rates were very competitive with other cleaning services, both larger and smaller in size. From reaching out for an initial estimate to the final invoice, communication was timely and efficient and any issues I had were quickly resolved. The person who cleaned the apartment showed up on time and expressed true grit in her dedication to the job. This was after two brothers living their best college life despoiled the place with no discernable sign of them having ever cleaned the place. I asked for excessive cleaning because I knew that it would be bad. Apparently, the job was even worse than I imagined. Lesser services and employees would have balked, left me high and dry, and jacked up their fees or even refuse service all together. I've actually been burned by other services at this very same property. I want to say thank you for the excellent job and excellent service. Professionally, Pamela stood behind her initial quote. Thank God Pamela is an honest ethical business.
