Today 9/3/2025 I had the pleasure to have Ozburn come to my house because of my outside breaker box. Iwas so so pleased with the service I received from Scott and the Tech. They where very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional and the price wasn't bad. They did a great job and I was very pleased. Would recommend them. Thanks Ozburn the lord said let there be light they gave it to me. Thank God for them!!!

I had previously used Ozburn for an electrical installation of a hot tub which They did great on. So a year later when I ran into difficulty on a do it myself installation, I called to set up an appointment for them to do it. They actually helped me to understand the difficulties I was encountering and gave me excellent guidance to complete the project myself over the phone This gave me a sense of satisfaction in completing the job and was not something They had to do. Highly recommended.

Plug outside smoked and smelled of burnt electronics. I called and they had a technician fixing the socket within an hour. Great work all round!

I recently had an issue with my HVAC and was told I needed to have my electrical checked. I called Ozburn and from the start, the service was very professional. Thankfully, when the tech arrived, my electrical check out good and no repairs had to be made. I was advised that I would receive a bill in the mail for the service call. I had expected to see anything from $70-90 for the service call. I got back from being out of town and had a "minimum service call-residential" bill and was blown away. It was $225! I take responsibility and should have asked upfront the cost for a service call. I just can't give five-stars because I was so shocked at the cost when no repairs had to be made. I do appreciate the professionalism and timeliness of the company and this review is not to say I wouldn't use Ozburn again. Just be very diligent before having anyone come out to make sure you can afford it.

We cannot say enough good things about this company. We have called them many times for smaller jobs around our home and they always did an excellent job with friendly service. This time we had an electrical fire at our home in the midst of some terribly cold weather and we were without power. They came out immediately with a wonderful crew and got to work on a big job replacing our main and installing a new breaker box. They were all professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring people. Glenn came out to our home to check on us, reassure us and explain about the process of restoring our power. Within two days major electrical work was completed, inspected and power was restored. They really went above and beyond anything we could ever have expected. We will forever be grateful to them for their prompt, professional and caring service and especially to the guys for working out in the cold to get us back up and running. They also took great care to be careful with the inside of our home which we so appreciated. The integrity and work ethic at Ozburn shines through in every single person we had contact with. A big thank you to Glenn and to all the guys who helped us! Call them, you’ll be happy you did!

I called them on Tuesday morning and they had someone at my house in an hour. They sent Cameron and Joel! They both were fantastic. They assessed my issues and was able to fix the problem immediately. They were so knowledgeable and took the time to explain what they were doing and I got some electrical education as well. They made me feel so comfortable with all they said. They were upfront about pricing and calling them saved me a lot of money. I would highly recommend them for all your electrical needs. I about to change all my light fixtures and they will be getting my call.

Ozburn saved the day! We engaged Ozburn Electric to troubleshoot an electrical connection issue at our house. Their response was quick and very accommodating. Their electricians, Stephen and Jaime, were friendly, confident and effective. I have used Ozburn Electric for many years now and they have always been excellent. It is hard to find a great contractor sometimes. These professionals, both the field staff and the office staff, are always courteous and knowledgeable. If you have a job large or small, give them a call. You will not be disappointed.

Exceptional was my overall experience with Ozburn Electrical. I had an appoint booked for a meter base installation and I needed to follow up with the company about my installation date. I first spoke to Trent Ozburn who was very helpful and started the process of getting me some answers asap. Trent had Glen Ozburn give me a call back withing just a few mins and after speaking with Glen for just a few mins I know things would get done asap. I cannot even fully express how amazing Glen is, he had 2 technicians come to my property within just a few hours and just when I thought things couldn't get better....... David and Ken just added to making the experience so seamless. David and Ken had my meter base installed in no time, they were so respectful and polite and just represented the company so well. After the installation, Glen followed up with the county about our permit and would keep me updated every step of the way until the permit was approved we had power. I can't imaging using another company, Ozburn Electrical has a 10 star staff and i am very pleased that I used their services and would definitely recommend that you go nowhere else .
