If I could leave no stars I would! This place used to be awesome before the NEW crew. I don't know what happened and what took place but it's now the worst. The phones are never answered to make appointments. My daughter had an appointment at 2:00 we're standing at the door waiting to come in because they still have the door lock for lunch when lunch is over at 2. Then proceeded to get an attitude with me because I was frustrated because I was there on time having to stand outside. Not to mention trying to bamboozle me into another contract which I refuse to sign. How do you want to start me back over to nearly $4,000 when we only have a few months of treatment left with a $1700 balance.... I was not signing that. I was treated so poorly my last visit I discontinued my daughter's treatment there. And because I canceled and wanted to get her records all of a sudden there is a $150 record fee. $150 to email my daughter's records to the new orthodontist. I know that was not right but I paid it so I could be rid of this poorly managed office. If I can offer advice bring back the original crew. Bring Michelle back. The ladies that are there now their customer service is awful!!!!

They are so patient and kind with me and my daughter. I have sent many parents here for the children. prices are unbeatable they have a payment plan option which helps out a lot. Dr. Cho is one of a kind, you can definitely tell he is very passionate of his work.

After having numerous issues with my general dentist staff, the staff here went over and beyond to assist me with said issues. From my initial consult to my visit today, the customer service I received from Mechele, and Emily at the front desk was top tier and is unmatched. What I loved the most is how kind and loving they were, and their willingness to help relieve stress they didn't cause. I was also impressed with how kind the orthodontist and the assistant were and how comfortable they made me feel from start to finish. I am looking forward to continuing treatment here and I highly recommend!

Front lady workers are nice, but place wanted to end contract before it was over. Had no problem disregarding all the money put into my braces so far, and instead told me I had no choice but to get them removed or start over and pay another place the same amount or more. Still had months before contract was over and dentist said my teeth were “I think good enough” to have braces removed and be stuck that way permanently.

The only reason I’m giving this place one star is because of the doctors. As for as the administration staff, they are horrible! They never answer the phone or return your messages. My daughter got her braces when she was in the sixth grade. She’s now a sophomore in high school and she still have braces. In 2016, 2017 and 2018, I tried to file my insurance, each time was a failure. I got a call from someone in October saying they would take care of it and never did. I recommend a friend, I did not receive credit for it as they promise. My friend has issues with place as well, is embarrassing to me. If I knew what I know now, I never would have recommended them to her. The office manager is horrible! After my daughter appointments, the office staff always have to write my name and number to call and schedule her next appointment. The list is out for other customers to see. They never call to make the next appointment, I always end up calling them back instead. They canceled my daugther’s appointment yesterday without letting me know until I had arrived for the appointment. I can’t speak for the rest of the offices but the Athens office is horrible!

Before coming here my confidence was at the lowest because I wasn’t happy with my smile but now I’ve gained so much confidence and power to the beautiful smile that I have. My daughter goes to the Athens office. Her dad took her to her last visit, and after service he tried to schedule an appointment for the following month. He was told there were “no appointments available” at that time. I called back two weeks later; still no appointments available, but her name will go on their waiting list.....Mind you, they auto draft my card faithfully every month on the 1st day of the month, but I can’t schedule an appointment because they are not “available.” To top it off, they’re still accepting new patients. If you’re thinking about using this office, if I were you I would explore other options.

I can NEVER NEVER EVER get them on the telephone. Their work is fine but they will not get back with you. I have left messages and requested an appt change online. I have been trying for over 3 weeks and I do not get a response. If this wasn't an issue I would give them a 4.5

Wish I could leave zero stars. Should have read the reviews before making an appt! Went in for a consultation at the Athens office, 10 minutes early, had almost all of my paperwork completed besides the ones that weren't on the website, and still waited over an hour and was not called back. Finally I had to leave to return back to work without being seen. All the while patients with regular appointments were arriving and checking in but none was being called back to be seen. Next time i'll know better to check the reviews FIRST.
