If I could rate this a 0, I would. I dropped off a king size duvet, our wedding present from my mom, and was told it would take 10 days to clean it. First red flag. When I picked it up yesterday there were 3 red stains on the duvet. They had white rings around them like they found the same stains and tried to clean them off. After multiple times calling for the owner the workers kept telling me they would clean it, and that was all they could do. After explaining that I didn't want them to clean it because they messed it up, they said it was my fault and told me they could do nothing. They proceeded to hang up on me. Second red flag. I finally reached Mr. Shah, the owner, and he told me to bring the duvet in, but said he would only be there on Saturday or Monday. He said he would check the stains to see if it was their fault or not before he could re-wash it. Again explained I didn't want it re-washed. Told him I just wanted a reimbursement for the cost of cleaning and the cost of the duvet. I went on to say I could have my lawyer reach out to assist in the matter to which he responded "that's fine call a lawyer, I will not be threatened." Let me be clear I am in no way threatening a lawyer as a scare tactic, but we are in the works of creating legal action. If you value your possessions, and don't want anything to happen to them, do not take your stuff here.

Had to drop off a coat, and the first time I realized it had not had the stain tended to that was present. That being said, the staff members at the location were understanding of the situation and made sure to get it addressed. Though the wait time was a bit, I would be likely to take my clothes back just for the convenience factor. It’s a walking distance!

I ruined my boyfriend’s t-shirt basically as soon as he got it, and i tried all of the at-home stain remover tricks. Six months later, i bring it to this shop. For $2, it’s definitely worth a shot. I’m very happy with the service i received. I talked to the man when i dropped the shirt off and told him about the stain and what i had done to try to get it out. He explained to me that since i used oxyclean, it might bleach the stain and make it worse. At this stage i figure it’s not being worn now because of the stain, and if it gets worse then it’ll still not be worn. So there’s no real loss. I’ve never had anything dry cleaned before, so i was surprised at how long it took. In the end, the stain came out and there was no damage! In conclusion, what have you got to lose?

I had a chenille sweater cleaned here and it came back destroyed. The whole sweater had loose fibers and frayed ends. When I spoke to the owner, he said it was just how the material is. Then I asked why he didn’t warn me before dropping it off that it would come back looking completely different and if there’s a way to clean it without damaging it. He said “since you’re so smart and intelligent, why don’t you tell me?” I’m appalled at how rude he was and how poorly he treats his customers. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else.

I took my black p jacket to be dry cleaned….they washed it and it was horrible with dog or cat hair on it and it was faded . This cleaner is only good for shirts and pants!!! They messed my jacket up !!! I told the cashier what a horrible job they did she acted if it was my fault!!! Please don’t take your nice piece to this cleaner please !!! I will never again !!!lLW

I will never use this dry cleaner again. I dropped off a suit and several shirts. I asked for them to be done by Thursday because they were needed for an important event Friday morning. I made sure they would be done because if there was a chance that they wouldn't, I would have waited to drop off the suit. When I went to pick them up Thursday, I was told they weren't ready and would not be ready until the next morning. I was unable to pick up the dry cleaning Friday because of the event and instead went in on Saturday afternoon. I discovered later that evening that the suit jacket was missing. Monday morning I called (they're closed Sunday) and explained my situation. They promised they would look and call. Never did. I called later to ask again. The employee I spoke to was incredibly rude and hung up the phone one me. The jacket has still not been found and the cleaner has refused to replace it or refund money. Drop your clothes off here at your own risk.

The owner will convince you that you brought your item in with "invisible stains", tears, or busted buttons which they caused themselves. He will say he is not liable because you signed a waver, but he won't let you look at the waver because all it says is you are allowing him to treat the clothes. He will mock and disrespect you. He has gotten hostile and aggressive with many people I have talked to. I know a former customer, a female, that he tried to jump in the store and his staff intervened by holding him back. She then found that he had reviewed her social media after this incident.

I used this place before reading the reviews and got worried but my suit were ready when they said it would be and at a reasonable price. Don't know if I'll use them again because the other reviews scare me but they weren't bad.

Dropped off a couple of jackets that I wanted for an upcoming trip. There was no mention that they would be closing for several days for Independance Day. I am unable to get my jackets for the trip. I will not be using this cleaners again.

Shirts took over a week to finish (which is way too long considering all the workers were lounging and watching tv when I walked in to drop them off. Then I get my shirts back and half of them have terrible wrinkles throughout. I have to take them somewhere else to get them repressed...
